Five plead guilty in plea court
Five defendants entered guilty pleas in Warren County Plea Court on Thursday before Judge Maureen Skerda
Entering guilty pleas were:
Nicole Rae Johnson, 1027 Matthews Run Rd., Youngsville to two counts of bad checks. Fourteen counts of bad checks and ten counts of theft by deception were not prosecuted.
John Taylor Leichtenberger, 1512 Pennsylvania Ave. E., Apt. 1, to one count of criminal conspiracy, theft from a motor vehicle, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of receiving stolen property. Three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of criminal conspiracy and one count of corruption of minors were not prosecuted.
Charles J.M. Sunderlin, 516 N. Main St., Youngsville, to one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. One count of possession of a controlled substance and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted.
Richard A. Turner, 24 Maple St., to one count of DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+), second offense, one count of careless driving and one count of recklessly endangering another person. A count of DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, second offense was not prosecuted.
Mark David Gould, 298 Cole Ave., Jamestown, N.Y., to one count of DUI: controlled substance schedule one, second offense and one count of driving on the right side of the roadway. One count of DUI: controlled substance impaired ability, second offense, one count of driving on the right side of the roadway, ten counts of driving on the right side of the roadway and one count of careless driving were not prosecuted.
