Class to breakfast

Warren High School Class of 1952 will go to Perkins for breakfast at 9 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 17. All classmates, spouses and companions are invited.

Shop for provider

The “Ins & Outs of Electric Shopping” will be presented by Erika Dominick from the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission in Harrisburg at the Allegheny Community Center, 42 Clark St., Warren, on Wednesday, Oct. 16, at 12:45 p.m. She will cover all the questions you have about electric shopping with time for questions and answers. This is open to the public.

Win at bridge

Winners in bridge club play at the Woman’s Club of Warren Thursday were Joanne Massa, first, and Carol Lake, second.

Cancer support offered

The Women’s Cancer Support Group will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, at the Cancer Care Center. Marie Costello, a western region representative for the American Cancer Society, will speak.

BonTon group to lunch

The BonTon luncheon group will have meet at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 16, at Richard’s Restaurant in Youngsville.

Bingo today

The Allegheny Community Center at 42 Clark St., Warren, will be open today, and bingo will be played at 1 p.m.

Class to lunch

Warren High School Class of 1956 will have lunch at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, at the Draft House, Pennsylvania Ave. E., Warren. All classmates are welcome.

Pancakes served

Chandlers Valley Community Center will have a pancake supper from 5 p.m. until the food is gone on Thursday, Oct. 17. Sausage and eggs also will be served. Proceeds will benefit the center.

Philomel to meet

The Philomel Club will be hosted by the Mozart Club at the Sheldon House in Jamestown, N.Y., at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 16. Chairperson will be Rosalind Hupp. Performers will be Joan Eighmey, Hupp and Carolyn Worley.
