19 cases handled during Arraignment Court
Twelve defendants entered pleas of guilty, six entered pleas of not guilty and one bench warrant was issued during Warren County Arraignment Court proceedings before Judge Maureen Skerda Thursday.
Guilty pleas included:
Jerry Blount, 17 1/2 Fourth Ave., Youngsville, to indecent exposure. Two charges of indecent exposure, three charges of corruption of minors and three charges of open lewdness were not prosecuted.
Daren William Campbell, 7 Madison Ave., Warren, to harassment. A charge of simple assault was not prosecuted.
Barry Jay Evans, 517 Hiland Ave., Apt. 2, Oil City, to theft by unlawful taking or disposition. Charges of criminal conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking and defiant trespass were not prosecuted.
Thomas Lee Keeney, Warren County Jail, to harassment and disorderly conduct. Five charges of terroristic threats were not prosecuted.
Brian Knisley, 506 West Rd., Russell, to DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving and period for requiring lighted lamps. A charge of restriction on alcoholic beverages was not prosecuted.
Robert Louis Machemer, 1513 Penn. Ave., West, Apt. B, to DUI: highest rate of alcohol. A charge of DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving was not prosecuted..
Joseph Robert Notoro, 6 Lumber St., Mt. Jewett, to fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, driving while under suspension, two charges of restraint systems and operation of vehicle with out official certification of inspection. Charges of recklessly endangering another person, unauthorized transfer or use of registration, required financial responsibility, driving vehicle at safe speed, and reckless driving were not prosecuted.
David Howard Rulander, Warren State Hospital Drive, to unsworn falsification to authorities. A charge of sale or transfer of firearms was not prosecuted.
Jeremiah Ashly Smith, Warren County Jail, to simple assault. Charges of aggravated assault and assault by prisoner were not prosecuted.
Tammy S. Webster, Warren County Jail to aggravated assault and disorderly conduct. A charge of public drunkenness was not prosecuted.
Dylan Cole Wineriter, Warren County Jail, to access device fraud and theft by receiving stolen property. A charge of access device fraud, and two charges of identity theft were not prosecuted.
Matthew Sean Woerthwein, 660 Clymer Sherman Rd., Apt. 105, to forgery. One charge of theft by unlawful taking, one charge of receiving stolen property, 70 charges of forgery, 16 charges of criminal attempt, 78 charges of access device fraud, and 70 charges of identity theft were not prosecuted.
Not guilty pleas included:
Devin Dean Hendrickson, 7 Erie Ave., Irvine, to DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, restriction on alcoholic beverages, sell or furnishing liquor beverage to minor, DUI: general impairment. Hendrickson has applied for ARD/DUI.
Robin Ostrowski, 1215 Yankee Bush Rd., Warren, to criminal use of a communications facility, two charges of possession with intent to deliver, disorderly conduct, two charges of possession of controlled substance and six charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sharon Lynn Phelps, 723 Weiler Rd., Warren, to DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, DUI: general impairment incapable safe driving with accident, DUI: highest rate of alcohol, driving on right side of roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic, depositing waste and other material on highway, careless driving, immediate notice of accident to police department, false reports, and restriction on alcoholic beverages.
Nathan Dean Gregory Rounds, 323 Prospect St., Apt. A, Warren, to involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with child, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent exposure, and statutory sexual assault.
Steven Edmund Rutherford, 4717 Rt. 27, Spring Creek, to DUI: high rate of alcohol, DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, and trespass by motor vehicle. Rutherford is applying for ARD/DUI.
Dawn Marie Thompson, 332 Prospect St., Apt. 7, Warren, to theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
Bench Warrant issued:
Robin Leann Smith, 212 Lakeview Ave., Apt. 1F, Jamestown, N.Y., who is facing charges of DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, DUI: highest rate of alcohol, driving on roadways laned for traffic, required position and method of turning, careless driving and restriction on alcoholic beverages.
