6 defendants plead guilty

Guilty pleas were entered by six defendants and all charges were withdrawn against another in central court before District Justice Laura Bauer on Wednesday.

Pleading guilty were:

Julie Rebecca Stillwell, Columbus, Ohio, to one count of subjecting another to physical contact. Charges of indecent exposure, disorderly conduct with obscene language or gestures and public drunkenness and similar misconduct were withdrawn.

Colby Eugene Lyle, 33 Locust St., to one count of retail theft. A count of theft by unlawful taking movable property was withdrawn.

Christopher Lee King, 2650 Cole Hill Rd., Pittsfield, to one count of retail theft. A count of theft by unlawful taking-movable property was withdrawn.

Chad Alan Amoroso, 15 Oak S., Apt. 4, to one count of theft by deception, false impression. Another count of theft by deception was withdrawn, as were three counts of retail theft taking merchandise and three counts of receiving stolen property.

Kenneth Walker, Falconer, N.Y., to one count of theft by unlawful taking movable property.

Robert Craig Thomas, 102 Sixth Ave., to one count of disorderly conduct. One count of selling or furnishing liquor, etc. to minors was withdrawn.

All charges were withdraw against Nicole Rae Johnson, 1027 Matthews Run Rd., Youngsville. The withdrawn charges were distributing or selling a non-controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy, disorderly conduct with obscene language or conduct and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
