16 people enter pleas in Warren County Court

Sixteen defendants entered pleas of guilty Monday during Warren County Court proceeding before Judge Gregory Hammond.

Pleading guilty were:

Jessica M. Albares, 691 Southside Ave., Cherry Creek, N.Y., to a count of retail theft. A charge of receiving stolen property was not prosecuted.

In a separate incident, charges of retail theft, criminal conspiracy (retail theft) and receiving stolen property were not prosecuted.

In another incident, to a count of retail theft, charges of criminal conspiracy (retail theft) and receiving stolen property were not prosecuted.

Edward L. Black, 2134 Old Pittsfield Rd., Pittsfield, to counts of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) and driving on roadways laned for traffic. Charges of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving and careless driving were not prosecuted.

Tommaso S. Clemente, 6 Sixth Ave., to counts of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+), driving while operating privilege is suspended/revoked and careless driving. Charges of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving with accident, accidents involving death or personal injury, driver required to be licensed, reckless driving, duty to give information and render aid, accident involving damage to unattended vehicle/property and immediate notice of accident to police department were not prosecuted.

Erich Nathaniel Cox, 12 W. Third Ave., Apt. 3, to a count of simple assault.

Seth A. Devore, 1291 East 2nd St., Jamestown, N.Y., to a count of stalking. Ninety-eight charges of harassment were not prosecuted.

Leonard Eugene Edmisten, 5290 Brown Hill Rd., Sugar Grove, to counts of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) and driver required to be licensed. Charges of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving, DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving with accident, careless driving, restriction on alcoholic beverages and restraint systems were not prosecuted.

Dillon Tyler Gray, 1405 Pennsylvania Ave. E., to counts of resisting arrest or other law enforcement, obstructing administration of law or other governmental function, possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment. Charge of unlawful restraint, endangering the welfare of a child and an additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted.

Norman William Kight, 44951 Harrison Rd., Spartansburg, to a count of possession – small amount of marijuana.

Paul David Kocur, Warren County Jail, to a summary charge of criminal trespass. Charges of burglary and theft of services were not prosecuted.

Kocur was immediately sentenced to serve between 36 and 72 days incarceration in the Warren County Jail with credit for time served, to pay court costs and a $300 fine and to have no contact with his victim.

Joseph Ryan Kuzminski, 557 Dalrymple St., Pittsfield, to counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession – small amount of marijuana. Two charges of possession of a controlled substance and five additional charges of possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted.

Gary Lee McGregor, 104 Averil St., to a count of bad checks.

In a separate incident, to a count of bad checks.

In another incident, to a count of criminal trespass. Charges of burglary, theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief and defiant trespass were not prosecuted.

Christina Marie Meals, 309 N. State St., to a count of retail theft. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was not prosecuted.

James M. Patrick, 119 1/2 Canton St., to a count of possession with intent to deliver. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, harassment, disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance were not prosecuted.

Martin D. Price, 1539 Pleasant Valley Rd., Ocseola, to a count of theft by unlawful taking. A charge of unauthorized use of automobiles and other vehicles was not prosecuted.

Clifford Eugene Reese, 51 Hunter Rd., Endeavor, to a count of DUI: High rate of alcohol (BAC .10-.16). Charges of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving and driving on right side of roadway were not prosecuted.

Brandon Lee Shirley, 22 Homestead Dr., Youngsville, to a count of possession with intent to deliver. An additional count of possession with intent to deliver, two charges of endangering the welfare of a child and a charge of criminal use of a communications facility were not prosecuted.
