Six cases heard in central court

Two individuals were bound for court, two pled guilty and charges were withdrawn against two others during central court proceedings on Wednesday before District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth.

The following were bound for court:

David James Boylan, 506 High St., Johnsonburg. Boylan has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct engage in fighting and harassment-subject other to physical contact.

Danielle Marie King, 306 Main St., Sugar Grove. King has been charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property, theft ftom a motor vehicle and possessing an access device knowing counterfeit, altered.

The following pled guilty:

Clifford Allen Aderhold, 6190 SR 426, Spring Creek, to two violations, drivers required to be licensed and driving under suspension, of the vehicle code. Aderhold originally was charged with unauthorized use motor/other vehicles.

Richard T. Vanguilder, Jr., 112 Vine St., North Warren, to a small amount of marijuana. Vanguilder was originally charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Charges were withdrawn against the following:

William Henry Wilcox, Jr., 83 Gregory Lane, Sugar Grove. Wilcox had been charged with agricultural vandalism, conspiracy-agricultural vandalism, two counts of theft by unlawful taking-movable property and two counts of conspiracy-theft by unlawful taking-movable property.

Jessica Rae Johnson, 83 Gregory Lane, Sugar Grove. Johnson had been charged with agricultural vandalism, conspiracy-agricultural vandalism, two counts of theft by unlawful taking-movable property and two counts of conspiracy-theft by unlawful taking-movable property.
