Arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables reported that on Oct. 1 at 1:15 p.m. they arrested James Falber, 39, Clarendon, on a bench warrant for six counts of failure to send children to school. The warrant was issued by District Justice Glenn Carlson. Falber was taken before District Justice Laura Bauer and was released after paying fines and costs.
Sex offender registration. Warren-based state police reported that on Oct. 1 at 8:56 a.m. an incident occurred as a result of a subject, a known 50-year-old male, S. Irvine St., Warren, who failed to update his permanent residence address as required by law. This incident is still under investigation.
Access device fraud. Warren-based state police reported that between Sept. 21 and Sept. 24 an unknown individual obtained the prepaid credit card account information for a known 50-year-old make, Irvine, and used the information to make approximately $2,267.64 in purchases in South America. The investigation continues.
Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that on Sept. 30 at 1 a.m. a known 17-year-old female juvenile, Warren, pushed and subjected a victim to physical contact during a scuffle at 108 Holly St., Apt. A5. A non-traffic citation was filed against the juvenile for harassment through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.
Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that on Sept. 30 at 1:05 p.m. Richard Allan Carnegie, 41, Sheffield, followed a victim, a known 33-year-old female, for no legitimate purpose on US 6 from Tiona to the intersection with Route 59.
Arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables reported that on Oct. 1 at 11:30 a.m. they arrested Sonna M. Hankinson, 33, Clarendon, on two bench warrants for failure to pay traffic fines. Hankinson was arrested and taken before District Justice Laura Bauer and was released after paying fines and costs.
Simple assault. Warren-based state police reported that on Sept. 29 at 6:24 p.m. a known 24-year-old male from Ashville, N.Y., was informed by a known 23-year-old female from Jamestown, N.Y., that she was going to pick up their child after she was drinking. Police said the male got into the car with the female and reached in to take her keys so she would not be able to drive drunk. Police said the female then bit the male on the left shoulder blade., and the male pulled the female’s hair while trying to retrieve the keys. Police said the male was charged with harassment and the female was charged with simple assault and harassment.
Charges were filed through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.
