Pleas entered in Warren County Court

One defendant entered a plea of no contest and 13 others entered guilty pleas during Warren County plea court proceedings Tuesday before Judge Gregory Hammond.

Entering pleas were:

Kipp Daniel Spencer, 130 Follett Run Road, no contest to public drunkenness and two counts of disorderly conduct. Additional charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, defiant trespass, and criminal mischief were not prosecuted.

Patricia J. Bagby, Randolph, N.Y., guilty to retail theft.

Heather A. Berardi, Bradford, guilty to DUI: general impairment – refusal – first offense. Additional charges of DUI: general impairment – first offense, DUI: general impairment with accident – first offense, and careless driving were not prosecuted.

George Albert Flasher, 217 Horton Ave., Sheffield, guilty to simple assault. Additional charges of aggravated assault, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness were not prosecuted.

Timothy Richard Hause, 109 Connecticut Ave., guilty to DUI: highest rate of alcohol – first offense. An additional charge of DUI was not prosecuted.

Michael Paul Holmes, 718 N. Main St., Youngsville, guilty to DUI: general impairment with accident – first offense and driving on roadways laned for traffic. Additional charges of DUI: general impairment – first offense, required financial responsibility, immediate notification of accident to police, and restraint systems were not prosecuted.

Bethany Susan Johnson, Jamestown, N.Y., guilty to identity theft and receiving stolen property. Additional charges of criminal attempt – acquisition by misrepresentation, criminal attempt – possession of controlled substance, and forgery were not prosecuted.

Justin Keith Lancaster, 2874 Irvine Run Road, Irvine, guilty to careless driving and DUI: general impairment – refusal – first offense. Additional charges of DUI: general impairment – first offense, obedience to traffic control devices, required financial responsibility, and driving on roadways laned for traffic were not prosecuted.

Colton James Parker, 115 North Road, Sugar Grove, guilty to forgery. Additional charges of theft by unlawful taking and 10 counts of forgery were not prosecuted.

Mark Allen Pessia, Bradford, guilty to DUI: high rate of alcohol – second offense, and driving on right side of roadway. Additional charges of DUI: general impairment – second offense, and tire equipment and traction surfaces were not prosecuted.

Pamela Ann Seybert, Marienville, guilty to DUI: highest rate of alcohol – second offense, and maximum speed limits. Additional charges of DUI: general impairment – second offense, careless driving, and restraint systems were not prosecuted.

Bobby Lee Smith, Warren County jail, guilty to possession with intent to deliver. Additional charges of possession with intent to deliver and two counts of possession of controlled substance were not prosecuted.

Chelsea Elizabeth Snyder, 306 Pine St., guilty to simple assault. An additional charge of harassment was not prosecuted.

Raymond Dale Snyder, Warren County jail, guilty to possession with intent to deliver. Additional charges of possession of controlled substance, theft of services, and possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted.
