Harassment. Warren City Police reported that on September 10 Aaron Anderson, 29, Warren was cited for harassment after officers received a report of a past tense assault.
Public drunkenness. Warren City Police reported that on September 6 Troy Johnson, 49, Warren was cited for public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and harassment after officers were dispatched to a fall victim.
Access device fraud. Warren City Police reported that on September 6 Dylan Wineriter, 19, Warren was charged with two counts of access device fraud, identity theft and receiving stolen property following an investigation by police.
Retail theft. Warren City Police reported that on September 23 John Ruby, 21, Warren was cited for retail theft after he removed items valuing in the amount of $2.59 from a local merchant without paying for them.
Missing person. Warren-based state police have provided an update to a report from earlier this week that indicated that John Michael Sheehy, 24, was missing and categorized as endangered. Police said on Thursday that contact was made with Sheehy, who indicated that he was not endangered. Sheehy would not provide his location. Warren-based state police currently have a felony warrant for theft out for his arrest. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.
Retail theft. Conewango Township police reported that on September 25 at 3:16 p.m. Jason Allen Seybert and Kara Marie Wagner, both of 121 Jackson Run Road, were witnessed by Walmart loss prevention concealing $109.75 worth of merchandise in Wagner’s purse while shopping. Police charged Seybert with misdemeanor retail theft and Wagner was charged with a summary count of retail theft.
Aggravated assault. Youngsville Borough police were called to Youngsville Elementary/Middle School on September 25 at approximately 11:50 a.m. to assist juvenile probation officers detain a 12-year-old female student. Probation officers were called to the school because the female attempted to cut her electronic ankle monitor off with scissors. When officers attempted to restrain the juvenile, she began to resist and fight. She was very violent and aggressive toward the officers by kicking, biting, scratching, spitting and attempting to head-butt. She was taken into custody and transported to the Warren County Juvenile Probation Department. Police said that they are filing felony aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief charges with the probation department.
Theft. Youngsville police are investigating several thefts that occurred over the weekend of September 13 through September 15. Someone allegedly took checks and cash from the payment drop box at the main entrance of the borough building. Police have interviewed a person of interest and have viewed surveillance videos. Anyone with information is asked to contact borough police at 563-7555.
Disorderly conduct. Youngsville Borough police reported that Robin Johnson, 18, is being charged for misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Police were called to Youngsville High School on September 20 at approximately 11:40 a.m. for Johnson’s physically offensive behavior in school. He was causin3g a disturbance throughout the hallways and nurses office He was asked to calm down several times but refused. He was punching walls and swearing toward staff members and fled the building on foot. Charges were filed with District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth’s office.
