Theft from motor vehicle. Corry-based state police said between Sept. 18 and 19 someone entered a known victim’s unlocked vehicle at 7 E. Main St., Columbus, and stole her wallet. The victim was informed of this crime by Corry City police when officers returned her wallet, which was turned into their station. The wallet was missing $320 in cash. Conewango Twp.

Charged. Warren-based state police said on Sept 21, at the parking lot of Warren Mall, during the service of a warrant for a probation violation on Travis Lee Stover, 28, Youngsville, in which both Stover and Andrea Lace Stover, 23, Jamestown, had knowledge of the warrant, Travis Stover provided a false identification of Jim Miller. Andrea Stover validated the false identification by identifying Travis Stover as Jim Miller. After further investigation yielded the true identity of Travis Stover, charges were filed on Andrea Stover for hindering apprehension or prosecution by providing false information; and charges were filed on Travis Stover for false ID to law enforcement by providing false ID during an official investigation.

Elk Twp.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police said between Sept.20 and 21 someone caused damage to Helen Lynn’s yard on Cole Bed Road by intentionally driving through it with a vehicle. Damage was set at $50. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Crime Stoppers.

Glade Twp.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police said between Sept. 20 and 21 someone caused damage to Myron Nordin’s yard on Wigwam Drive by intentionally driving through it with a vehicle. Mead Twp.

Theft by unlawful taking. Warren-based state police said between Aug. 30 and Sept. 20, someone removed a 14’x68′ steel mobile home frame, valued at $400, from Huckabone Lane, belonging to Michael Curtis, 40, Tiona.

Youngsville

DUI. Youngsville Borough Police said on Sept. 20, at approximately 12:30 a.m. Lukas Garber, Warren, was arrested for driving under the influence during a Warren County DUI Task Force DUI patrol. Police said Garber was observed travelling at high rates of speed, travelling outside of his lane of travel several times, and almost striking a guide rail on Matthews Run Road. before he was stopped by officers. Police said Garber admitted to have been drinking and after further investigation, it was determined that he was too intoxicated to properly operate a motor vehicle. Charges have been filed with District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth’s office.

Trespass By motor vehicle. Youngsville Boroough Police received a complaint on Friday, Sept. 20, from Katie May, Youngsville, that sometime between midnight and 3 a.m. on Friday someone drove a vehicle with a New York registration through her yard at 16 Highland Ave. causing excessive damage to the landscaping.
