Warren man takes pleas in five sex assault cases

A Warren man entered pleas in five separate sets of sexual assault charges before Judge Maureen Skerda Thursday in Warren County arraignment Court proceedings.

Allen Eugene Burnett, currently being held in the McKean County Prison, entered pleas in five distinct cases Thursday, including at least three separate victims aged 13, 14 and 15.

Burnett entered a plea of guilty to a count of statutory sexual assault. Charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors and selling/furnishing liquor/malt/brewed beverages to minors were not prosecuted.

In a separate case, Burnett entered a plea of guilty to counts of corruption of minors and selling/furnishing liquor/malt/brewed beverages to minors.

In a separate case, Burnett entered a plea of guilty to a count of statutory sexual assault. Charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors were not prosecuted.

In a separate case, Burnett entered a plea of guilty to a count of corruption of minors. Charges of statutory sexual assault, indecent assault, selling/furnishing liquor/malt/brewed beverages to minors and two charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse were not prosecuted.

In a separate case, Burnett entered a plea of guilty to a charge of corruption of minors. Charges of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault were not prosecuted.
