Rape. Warren-based state police said between July 30 and Aug. 6, a known 15-year-old victim reported she was forced to have sexual contact with Kristopher L. Roberts, 18, Bradford. Roberts was charged with Rape (F1), Sexual Assault (F2), Aggravated Indecent Assault (F2), Unlawful Contact with Minor (F3), and Indecent Assault (M1). This incident is still under investigation. According to police, Roberts was committed to Warren County Jail on $25,000 bail on Sept. 18. Further court action is pending.
Statutory Sexual Assault. Warren-based state police said between July 30 and Aug. 6, Kristopher L. Roberts, 18, Bradford, and a known 13-year-old female engaged in a sexual relationship at the residence of the victim. Roberts knew the age of the victim at the time of the sexual contact. Roberts was charged with Statutory Assault (F2), Unlawful Contact with a Minor (F2), Aggravated Indecent Assault (F2), Corruption of Minors (F3) and Indecent Assault (M2). According to police Roberts was committed to Warren County Jail on $25,000 bail on Sept. 18. Further court action is pending.
Warren City Police reported the following incidents.
Failure to Obey Court Order. Accordining to police, on Aug. 31, Douglas Whitmore, 55, Warren, was charged with contempt for failure to obey a court order after he violated an active protection from abuse order. He was arraigned before magistrate Lindemuth and released on $50,000 bond.
Terroristic Threats/ Harassment. On Sept. 3, Thomas Keeney, 30, Warren, was charged with Terroristic Threats, Harassment and Disorderly Conduct after a report that Keeney made threats to another person. Keeney was turned over to the adult probation and remanded to the Warren County Jail.
Harassment. On Sept. 3, Stacy Knobloch, 41, Warren, was cited for Harassment after a report that she had pushed another person at a local convenience store.
Pedestrian hit. On Sept. 3, Bruce Laughner, 75, Warren, was cited for the right of pedestrians following a traffic accident at Fifth and Market St. where a pedestrian was struck.
Cited. On Sept. 3, Katherine Walton, 47, Warren, was cited for Obedience to Traffic Control Signals following a two-car accident at Hickory Street and Third Street according to police.
Disorderly Conduct. On Sept. 3, Jacqueline Zaner, 25, Warren, was cited for Disorderly Conduct after officers received a call regarding a disruptive female in a local convenience store.
Loitering/Prowling. On Sept. 4, Jared Eisenbrown, 24, Warren, was charged with Loitering and Prowling at night after officers noticed him acting suspiciously in a residential area. Eisenbrown was turned over to probation and remanded to the Warren County Jail.
Furnishing Alcohol to Minors. On Aug. 30, Robert Thomas, 26, Warren, was charged with furnishing alcohol to minors after officers responded to a loud noise complaint. Brittany Blue, 19, Jamestown, was cited for underage drinking in relation to the same incident according to police.
Terroristic Threats. On Aug. 17, Tanner Brink, 20, Aaron Dickerson, 18, and Cody Shrefler, 19, all of Clarendon, were charged with Terroristic Threats with intent to terrorize another, possession of instrument of crime, Disorderly Conduct and Simple Assault after it was reported that a disguised male opened the door to a local establishment and waived a gun around and left, according to police.
