Warren

Parole Violation. On Aug. 30, Officers of the Warren County Adult Probation Department with assistance from the Warren City Police Department, arrested Thomas V. Christeson, 28, of Warren, on a charge of violation of parole. Christeson, who was originally placed on parole on the charge of Terroristic Threats, was taken onto custody by probation officers on a Supervisor’s Warrant and committed to the Warren County Jail pending further Court action.

Parole Violation. On Aug. 30, Officers of the Warren County Adult Probation Department with assistance from the Warren City Police Department, arrested Brianna Moore, 22, of Warren, on a charge of violation of probation. Moore, who was originally placed on Intermediate Punishment on the charge of Possession with Intent to Deliver, was taken into custody by probation officers on a Supervisor’s Warrant and committed to the Warren County Jail pending further Court action.

Parole Violation. On Aug. 30, Officers of the Warren County Adult Probation Department with assistance from the Conewango Township Police Department and the Pennsylvania State Police, arrested Michelle Kent, 44, of Warren, on a charge of violation of probation when officers responded to her residence for a report of a shotgun being discharged. At her residence, Kent was found in an intoxicated state. Kent, who was originally placed on probation on the charge of Disorderly Conduct, was taken into custody by probation officers on a Supervisor’s Warrant and committed to the Warren County Jail pending further Court action.

Corruption of Minors. City of Warren Police charged Ty Christianson, 20, of Warren, with corruption of minors and defiant trespass after police found him at a closed park with an underage juvenile on July 29.

Traffic violation. City of Warren Police cited Walter Simpson, 67, of Warren, with vehicle entering or crossing roadway after a two-vehicle accident at Penna. Ave. and Hickory St. on Aug. 16.

Endangering the welfare of children. City of Warren Police charged Yvonne Wolfe, 26, of Warren with endangering the welfare of children after officers responding to another call found the residence where she was living with 3 minor children to have deplorable living conditions and no electricity on Aug. 15.

Public drunkenness. City of Warren Police cited Tammy Cochrane, 40, of Warren for public drunkenness after officers came across a female walking down the sidewalk in an intoxicated manner of Aug. 18.

Harassment. City of Warren Police cited Matthew Dunn, 20, of Warren, with harassment and purchase of alcohol by a minor after officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute. John Ruby, 21, of Warren was charged with furnishing alcohol to a minors in reference to the same incident on Aug. 15.

Harassment. Warren City Police cited Dennis Denardi, 51 of Warren, for harassment after a report was made that he was repeatedly using the garbage can of tenants without their permission on Aug. 15.

Public drunkenness. Warren City Police cited both Kyle Sullivan, 20 and Robert Thomas, 26, both of Warren, with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after two officers were dispatched to subjects fighting in a back yard.

Retail theft. Warren City Police cited Michael Slater, 25, of Warren, after police received a report that a person had consumed items from the bakery without paying for them on Aug. 16.

Simple Assault. City of Warren Police charged Nikita Rugg, 22, of Youngsville, with simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct after officers responded to a domestic dispute on Aug. 19.

Theft. City of Warren Police charged Dawn Thompson, 54, of Warren with theft by unlawful taking after she was witnessed taking a bicycle and riding it away from the victim’s residence on Aug. 20.

Disorderly conduct. City of Warren Police cited Earnest Young, 67, of Warren, for disorderly conduct after he was seen urinating on a building on Aug. 20.

Traffic violation. City of Warren Police cited Alexxis Hoak, 22, of Warren, for following too closely after a three-car accident at Penna. Ave. and East. St. on Aug. 21.

Criminal trespass. City of Warren Police charged Jamie Watson, 38, of Warren, with criminal trespass, loitering and prowling at night, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, and public drunkenness after officers responded to a report that an unknown man had entered a residence uninvited on Aug. 22. He was arraigned an placed in the Warren County Jail on $30,000 bail.

Public drunkenness. City of Warren Police cited Benjamin Atwell, 25 of Warren, for public drunkenness after police were dispatched to a report of a suspicious male on Aug. 24. In a separate incident, Atwell was charged with a violation of a PFA on Aug. 25. He was arraigned and placed in the Warren County Jail on $10,00 bail.

Disorderly conduct. City of Warren Police charged Michael Koers, 32 of Russell, with disorderly conduct after officers responded to a report of an unwanted male causing a disturbance on Aug. 25.

Disorderly conduct. City of Warren Police cited Andrew Kerr, 19, of Warren, with disorderly conduct after urinating in his backyard in full exposure to all neighbors on Aug. 26.

Simple assault. City of Warren Police charged Brian Boyer, 33, of Warren, with simple assault after officers responded to a domestic dispute on Aug. 28. He was arraigned and placed in the Warren County Jail on $5,000 bail.

Traffic violation. City of Warren Police charged Jennifer Sitterson, 32, of Warren, with obedience to a traffic control device following a two car accident at Third and Water St. on Aug. 28.

Simple assault. City of Warren Police charged Andrew Nicholson, 27, of Warren, with simple assault and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers responded to a domestic dispute on Aug. 30.

Harassment. City of Warren Police cited both James Patrick, 34 and Bobby Smith, 26, both of the Warren County Jail, with harassment following a report of a fight on Aug. 24.

Disorderly Conduct. City of Warren Police cited Mark Sundberg, 28, of Clarendon, with disorderly conduct after a report to police that he had exposed himself in public on Aug. 29.

Suspended license. City of Warren Police cited Mark Seaver, 46, of Warren for driving while suspended and careless driving after officers responded to a two-vehicle accident on Hertzel St. where a parked vehicle had been struck on Aug. 31. Seaver was also taken into custody on a fugitive from justice charge after he was found to have an outstanding warrant from Missouri. He was arraigned before District Magistrate Cynthia Lindemuth and placed in the Warren County Jail on $50,000 bail.

Traffic violation. City of Warren Police cited Jacob Lewis, 18, of Sugar Grove, for stop signs and yield signs following a two-car accident at Madison and Grant on Sept. 1.

Disorderly conduct. City of Warren Police cited William Greenawalt, 35, Tara Nulph, 29, Roman Reuff, 26, and Jacob Way, 29, all of Warren, with disorderly conduct after officers were called to a noise disturbance on Sept. 1.

Disorderly conduct. City of Warren Police cited Samuel Bullock, 32, of Sheffield, with disorderly conduct and harassment after officers received a report of a fight in a parking lot on Sept. 1. Joshawa Rogers, 29, of Warren, was also charged with disorderly conduct.

Aggravated assault. City of Warren Police charged Tammy Webster, 48, of Warren with aggravated assault, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness after police received a report of a female running into traffic on Sept. 2. She was arraigned before District Magistrate Cynthia Lindemuth and placed in the Warren County Jail on $15,000 bail.

Clarendon Boro

Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Brown Ave. just south of SR 6 on Aug. 31 at 11:17 p.m. According to police, Unit 1 was traveling south on Brown Ave. and the driver was texting on his cell phone when the vehicle crossed into the oncoming lane and struck a legally parked vehicle on the northbound berm. The driver was wearing a seatbelt and denied any injuries. No one was in the parked car at the time of the accident. Unit 1 was towed from the scene and the Operator was cited for Text Based Communication while Operating a Motor Vehicle.

Conewango Twp.

Crash. Conewango Twp. Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on Jackson Run Rd. at the entrance to Lowes and the rear entrance to Sheetz on Aug. 28 at 11:58 a.m. According to police, Samuel Prettyman was operating a 1999 Subaru station wagon and was exiting the rear of Sheetz intending to enter the Warren Commons after crossing SR 69. Karen Yourchisin was operating a 2011 Chevy SUV and was traveling north west on SR 69 prior to Prettyman’s location. Police say Prettyman pulled into the path of Yourchisin at which time Yourchisin struck the passengers side rear of the Prettyman vehicle causing it to spin in a clockwise direction and come to rest at he entrance to Warren Commons. Yourchisin’s vehicle continued off the right side of the roadway, struck a curb and came to rest in a drainage ditch. Both drivers were taken by ambulance to Warren General Hospital with complaints of back and neck pain. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Several witnesses advised police that Prettyman pulled into the path of Yourchisin and she was unable to avoid impact. Prettyman was cited with vehicle entering or crossing the roadway. Police were assisted at the scene by N. Warren VFD, NWVFD Fire Police, and Emergycare.

Limestone Twp.

Criminal Mischief. Warren-based state police responded to a residence at the intersection of Kelly Hill and Kelly Lane on Sept. 2 at 2 a.m. According to police, an unknown suspect(s) rutted up the victim’s yard with ATV’s and threw rocks at his vehicle. Damage estimates are not available at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Warren-based state police.

Sheffield

Harassment. Warren-based state police report on Sept. 2 between the hours of 1:30 a.m. and 2 a.m., Aaron Hall, 23 of Sheffield, subjected a known 21 year-old female to physical contact and threatened her during a domestic dispute. A charge of harassment was filed through District Magistrate Glenn Carlson.

Triumph Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a one vehicle accident on Tidioute Enterprise Rd. near Bear Check Lane on Aug. 31 at 1:45 a.m. According to police, the accident occurred as Garret Rose, 22, of Titusville was traveling west on SR 3022 and lost control when he swerved to miss a bear while going around a curve. The vehicle traveled across the roadway and off the eastbound berm. The undercarriage of the vehicle made initial contact with a concrete culvert and came to rest there, facing west. Rose and his passenger were both wearing seatbelts and neither was injured. Rose was charged by police in the accident.

Watson Twp.

Burglary. Warren-based state police responded to camp on Heart Content Rd. for a reported burglary that occurred sometime between July 14 and Sept. 1. According to police, an unknown suspect entered the victim’s camp and removed a deer head valued at $300. Any person with information is asked to contact the Warren-based state police.
