Harassment. Warren-based state police responded to an incident at the Warren County Fairgrounds on Aug. 9 at approximately 10:30 p.m. According to police, Sean Mead, 37, Warren, approached Damian Horner, 41, Warren, while at the fair and engaged in a loud, threatening and slightly physical confrontational manner in an attempt to get the victim to engage in a fistfight. Police said Mead was cited with disorderly conduct and harassment before District Magistrate Cynthia Lindemuth.

Youngsville

DUI. On Sunday, Aug. 25, at approximately 12:40 a.m., Devin Hendrickson, Irvine, was arrested for driving under the influence by Youngsville Borough Police during a sobriety checkpoint held on Rt. 6. Police said Hendrickson also had a minor in his vehicle that had been consuming an alcoholic beverage. Police said Hendrickson will be charged with two counts of DUI, furnishing alcohol to a minor, open container of alcohol and a summary traffic violation. Charges are being filed through District Magistrate Cynthia Lindemuth’s office.

DUI. On Sunday, Aug. 25, at approximately 1:27 a.m., Jonathon Peters, Youngsville, was arrested for driving under the influence by Youngsville Borough Police during a sobriety checkpoint held on Rt 6 in Youngsville. Police said Peters admitted to having been drinking and after further investigation, it was determined that he was too intoxicated to properly operate a motor vehicle. Charges are being filed through District Magistrate Cynthia Lindemuth’s office.
