Ruth Janice Wolfe, of Warren left on August 26, 2013 to join her parents, husband, siblings and friends that have traveled before her.

Ruth was born April 13, 1927 in Sheffield, Pa, the daughter of the late Bertrum and Ruth Henry Sadler. She lived and worked most of her life in Warren, having been a switchboard operator for Bell Telephone and later at the United Refining Company. Ruth has been a resident of the Watson Memorial Home for the past ten years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of forty years, William M. Wolfe; two brothers, James Sadler, Bertrum “Bus” Sadler, and a brotherinlaw, Richard Masterson.

She is survived by three sons, William Wolfe and wife Jennie, of Warren, Pa, Toby Wolfe and his wife Beth ,of Scandia, Pa, Terry Wolfe and his wife Janice, of Tucson, AZ; a sister, Jean Masterson, of Warren, Pa; four sisterin laws, Doris Sadler, Starbrick, Donna Sadler, Sheffield, Ida Jean Kitelinger, Warren, and Carol Wolfe, Warren; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In accordance to Ruth’s wishes, no services will be observed.
