Eight plead guilty in County Court

Eight individuals entered guilty pleas in plea court proceedings on Thursday before President Judge Maureen Skerda.

Bridget M. Bardo, 361 Main Street, Randolph, N.Y., to one count of criminal conspiracy retail theft.

William R. Finch, 18 Phillips Street, Jamestown, N.Y., to one count of receiving stolen property and one count of driver required to be licensed. Counts of retail theft and criminal conspiracy retail theft were not prosecuted.

Brandon Joseph Fox, 26 1/2 S. South Street, Warren, to one count of selling or furnishing liquor or malt beverage to a minor. Two counts of selling or furnishing liquor or malt beverage to a minor and one count of obstructing the administration of law or other government.

Robert Craig Thomas, 102 Sixth Avenue, first floor, Warren, to DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+), first offense. He was not prosecuted on a count of DUI: impairment incapable of safe driving, first offense; and one count of driving on roadways laned for traffic.

Jessica Lamper, 120 Newland Avenue, Jamestown, N.Y., to one count of retail theft, amended to a second degree misdemeanor.

John Edwin Snyder, Warren County Jail, to possession with intent to deliver. He was not prosecuted for one count each of possession of a controlled substance, theft of services and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Donald John Wayne, 3103 Farnsworth Road, Clarendon, to DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+), first offense, and a count of careless driving. Charges of DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, first offense, DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving with accident, first offense; driving on roadways laned for traffic were not prosecuted.
