Crash. Warren based state police said on August 11, Kevin A. Allgood, 47, Warren, Ohio, was traveling East bound on SR 6 on his Harley-Davidson. Allgood was negotiating a left hand curve and traveled off the Eastern berm. Allgood’s passenger, Pamela Allgood, 51, Warren, Ohio, then fell off the rear of the motorcycle just off the Eastern berm. According to police Kevin Allgood continued approx. another 100 feet were Allgood laid the motorcycle down in the East bound lane of travel. Kevin and Pamela Allgood were not injured as a result of the crash. The motorcycle suffered disabling damage and was towed from the scene police said.
Warrant Arrest. Warren based state police said on August 10, Branden Busche, 25, 124 Elm Street, Warren, was arrested at the Warren County Fair Grounds on Three Bench Warrants for Failure to Appear for Fines and cost court issued by the Warren County Court of Common Pleas and One warrant issued for failure to pay child support issued by the Warren County Domestic Relations Office. Busche was placed in the Warren County Prison pending further court action police said.
Warrant Arrest. Warren based state police said on August 12, Christopher Walton, 32, 8 Carriage Dr, Youngsville, was arrested at the Warren County Court House. He was arrested on a Supervisor’s Warrant issued by Warren Court Adult Probation for violation of Probation. Walton was placed in the Warren County Prison pending further court action according to police.
Lost and Found Property. Warren based state police said on August 11, a Life Preserver was found in the area of Scandia Road. The owner of the life preserver can claim it at the Warren State Police Barracks.
Harassment/Terroristic threats. Warren based police said on August 11, Phillip J. Wagner, 51, Spartansburg, grabbed, shoved and put a known female victim, 20, in a choke hold at the Clearview Inn, Deerfield Twp. Police said the victim subsequently called for help, which is when Wagner threatened to kill her. Wagner was taken into custody and arraigned before District Justice Lindemuth. Wagner was subsequently released on $10.000 unsecured bail; with numerous bail restrictions police said.
Harassment. Warren based state police said on August 7, Warren County Fairgrounds, a verbal altercation progressed into a physical altercation when Stephanie A Peterson, 18, Corry, pushed Lawrence Lee Shrffler, 22, Grand Valley. Police said then Jason Lawrence Pattison, 32, Centerville, then pushed Amanda M. Breon, 21, Grand Valley. The altercation was then broken up by observers. Charges filed through District Court Lindemuth according to police.
Crash. Warren based state police said on August 9, Leah Miller, 21, Mars, Pa, was heading East, approaching SR62 South off of National Forge Road. Joshua Rissel, 34, Tidioute, was heading South on SR62 approaching the intersection of National Forge Road. Miller failed to stop at a stop sign, Miller then hit Rissel in the rear of the vehicle. Rissel’s Ford Focus spun clockwise after the initial point of impact and hit a guide rail off the West side of the roadway where it stopped. Rissel’s Pontiac G6 came to a stop upon the initial point of impact. Police said Rissel and Miller were both uninjured. Police said Miller was cited for violation of Stop Signs and Yield Signs.
