20 cases handled in Arraignment Ct.
Nine defendants entered guilty pleas, 10 pleaded not guilty and a bench warrant was issued for the arrest of one other during arraignment proceedings before President Judge Maureen Skerda on Thursday morning.
Guilty pleas were entered by:
Kenneth Albert Hadden, 1110 Madison Ave., Warren, to obstructing administration of law. One count each of concealment of whereabout of a child and interference with custody of children were not prosecuted.
Clarence Laverne Kelwaski, 14 Sciota St., Jamestown, N.Y., to defiant trespass. One count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property were not prosecuted.
Lucas Jacob Baines Wolfgang, 208 Parkview Ave., Jamestown, N.Y., to DUI: high rate of alcohol and driving while under suspension. One count each of DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, displaying a foreign license during suspension, vehicle entering or crossing roadway and careless driving were not prosecuted.
Robert F. Carnegie, 64 Keystone Ave., P.O. Box 1046, Sheffield, to accident with damage to attended vehicle or property. One count each of careless driving and overtaking vehicle on the left were not prosecuted.
Timothy Kyle Cruickshank, 209 Market St., Apt. 402, Warren, to theft by property lost, mislaid, or delivered. He was ordered to pay $120 in restitution. One count each of theft by unlawful taking or disposition and theft by receiving stolen property were not prosecuted.
Jessie Joe Greenhalgh, 1301 Penn. Ave. East, Warren, to possession of controlled substance and public drunkenness. One count each of loitering and prowling at night time and disorderly conduct were not prosecuted.
Kenneth Albert Hadden, Warren County Jail, to receiving stolen property. One count of theft of property lost, mislaid or delivered were not prosecuted.
Deborah Ann Miles, Warren County Jail, to terroristic threats. One count each of arson and related offenses, recklessly endangering another person and criminal mischief were not prosecuted.
Joseph Paul Pratt, Warren County Jail, to retail theft. One county of criminal conspiracy was not prosecuted.

Rhonda Eline Barton, 2B Water St., Tidioute, to DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, notice of change of name or address, driving on roadways laned for traffic and careless driving.
Bradley Glenn Dale, 150 Depot St., Garland, to firearm not to be carried without a license, resisting arrest or other law enforcement, retail theft, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Leonard Eugene Edmisten, 5290 Brown Hill Rd., Sugar Grove, to DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving with accident, DUI: highest rate of alcohol, driver required to be licensed, careless driving, restriction on alcoholic beverages and restraint systems.
Diane Messinger, 100 Motel Rd., Warren, to three counts of bad checks.
James R. Noonan, 40 Locust St., Coalport, Pa., to possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance and public drunkenness. He is applying for ARD.
Mandy Jo Peterson, 62 Snyder Circle, Corry, to DUI: general impairment incapable of safe driving, DUI: highest rate of alcohol, vehicles of nonresidents exempt from registration, required financial responsibility, driving on right side of roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic, and turning movements and required signals. She has applied for ARD.
Terri Lee Rosequist, 58 Second St., Youngsville, to robbery of motor vehicle, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of automobiles and other vehicles, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment, driving while under suspension, driver required to be licensed, reckless driving and careless driving.
Heather Nichole Smith, 413 Fouth Ave., Apt. A, Warren, to one count each of aggravated assault extreme indifference and simple assault.
Raymond Dale Snyder, Warren County Jail, to possession of controlled substance, theft of services, possession with intent to deliver, and possesion of drug paraphernalia.
Charles Sunderlin, 516 North Main St., Youngsville, to two counts of possession of controlled substance, and four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bench warrants were issued for the following:
Jason Allen Seybert, 26 Hemlock St., Warren, who has been charged with DUI: general impairment incapable safe driving with accident, DUI: general impairment, accidents involving death or personal injury not licensed properly, driver required to be licensed, driving while under suspension, stop signs and yield signs, careless driving, registration of snowmobile or ATV, operation on streets and highways, operation in safe manner and liability insurance.
