Master Gardeners are at the fair

What is your biggest gardening pet peeve? Would you like to learn how to grow vegetables and fish in the same area or learn how to use your herbs for multiple purposes? Join the Warren Penn State Extension Master Gardeners at the Warren County Fair to learn new gardening techniques.

This year, the fair has added an education area in the back of the Stone Domestic Arts Building. Education in farming, growing crops and nutrition is a large part of the fair. By adding classes, people can learn more about homesteading techniques and add a new dimension to the fair experience.

At the fair, Master Gardeners will offer presentations and question and answer sessions. A variety of displays and information will also be available during the week.
