12 plead guilty in County Court

Twelve defendants entered guilty pleas during Warren County plea court proceedings Monday and two others entered earlier, separate pleas before Judge Gregory Hammond.

Entering guilty pleas Monday were:

Joseph Jonathon Acevedo, 416 1/2 Water St., to DUI: high rate – first offense. Additional charges of DUI: general impairment – first offense; and stop signs and yield signs were not prosecuted.

David J. Bellamy, 200 Holly St., to bad checks. Two additional counts of bad checks were not prosecuted.

Danielle Nicole Coudriet, Torrance State Hospital, Torrance, Pa., to aggravated assault. Additional charges of simple assault and harassment were not prosecuted.

Rodney Allen Gage, Ludlow, to theft by deception and DUI: highest rate of alcohol – first offense. Additional charges of access device fraud and receiving stolen property, DUI: general impairment – first offense; driving on roadways laned for traffic; and careless driving were not prosecuted.

Donald Charles Gesin, 142 Main St,. Apt. 4, Tidioute, to DUI: highest rate of alcohol – first offense; endangering the welfare of a child; and careless driving. Additional charges of aggravated assault by vehicle; DUI: general impairment – first offense; endangering the welfare of a child; driving on roadways laned for traffic; driving vehicle at safe speed; reckless driving; three counts of restraint systems; and aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI were not prosecuted.

James Michael Hart, Erie, to corruption of minors. Additional charges of statutory sexual assault; interference with custody of children; and corruption of minors were not prosecuted.

Lindsay Ryan Head, Bemus Point, N.Y., to DUI: highest rate of alcohol – first offense. Additional charges of DUI: general impairment – first offense; DUI: general impairment with accident – first offense; and careless driving were not prosecuted.

Ricky Lee Herron, Brownstown Township, Mich., to DUI: high rate of alcohol – first; and driving on roadways laned for traffic. Additional charges of DUI: general impairment – first; and careless driving were not prosecuted.

Paul M. Hornstrom, Titusville, to criminal mischief. Additional charges of three counts of recklessly endangering another person; and criminal mischief were not prosecuted.

Richard Timothy Madigan, 34 Anchor St., Clarendon, to theft by unlawful taking. Additional charges of burglary; criminal conspiracy – burglary; criminal trespass; and criminal mischief were not prosecuted.

Tina Lynn Martinelli, 226 Eccles Rd., Sugar Grove, to theft by unlawful taking.

Nathan Edward Southwick, to theft from a motor vehicle. A charge of receivingstolen property was not prosecuted.

Entering a plea on July 30 was:

Kelly Eugene Patz, 41, 2 W. Third Ave., guilty to indecent exposure. Other charges including rape; involuntary deviate sexual intercourse; and aggravated indecent assault were not prosecuted.

Entering a plea on July 26 was:

Robert J. Moore Jr., 59, Kane, guilty to indecent assault. Additional charges of indecent assault and two counts of aggravated assault were not prosecuted.
