Judge accepts pleas from 20 defendants

Six defendants entered guilty pleas, 13 entered pleas of not guilty and one entered a plea of no-contest to charges before Judge Gregory Hammond during Warren County Court proceedings on July 18.

Donald Dean Pierce, 45 Second St., Youngsville, entered a plea of no contest to two counts of terroristic threats. Two charges each of aggravated assault and harassment were not prosecuted.

Guilty pleas were entered by:

Jeremy Lee Anderson, Warren County Jail, to one count of theft by unlawful taking or disposition.

Jorge Roxchez Garay, 121 E. Wayne St., Apt? 3rd floor, to six counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, six counts of possession of a controlled substance, one count of possession of a small amount of marijuana and one count of disorderly conduct. One charge each of possession with intent to deliver, endangering the welfare of a child and recklessly endangering another person were not prosecuted.

John Thomas Jarjabka, 14 Glenwood St., to a count of simple assault. A charge of harassment was not prosecuted.

Jonathan Starr Mooney, 308 Wilderness Park, Clarendon, to one count each of DUI: High rate of alcohol (BAC .1 -.16) and careless driving. One charge each of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving, DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving with accident, driving vehicle at safe speed and driver required to be licensed and two charges of restraint systems were not prosecuted.

Robert Michael Nelson, 11 Garden Ln., to a count of simple assault. A charge of harassment was not prosecuted.

Jarret Matthew Woodward, 811 Jackson Run Rd., to one count each of DUI: High rate of alcohol (BAC .1 – .16) and careless driving. One charge each of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving and maximum speed limits were not prosecuted.

Edward L. Black, 2134 Old Pittsfield Rd., Pittsfield, to one charge each of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+), DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving, careless driving and driving on roadways laned for traffic.

Jerry Blount, 17 1/2 Fourth Ave., Youngsville, to three charges each of indecent exposure, corruption of minors and open lewdness.

Erich Nathaniel Cox, 306 Pine St., to a charge of simple assault.

David Lee Craig, 13 Scott St., Tidioute, to one charge each of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving with accident, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+), driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving vehicles at safe speed and careless driving.

Dillon Tyler Gray, 1405 Pennsylvania Ave. E., to one charge each of unlawful restraint, endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest or other law enforcement, obstructing administration of law or other government and harassment and two charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nicole Lee Hauck, 212 Church St., Randolph, N.Y., to one charge each of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving with accident, DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving and DUI: High rate of alcohol (BAC .10 – .16).

Clifford Eugene Reese, 51 Hunter Rd., Endeavor, to one charge each of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving, DUI: High rate of alcohol (BAC .10 – .16) and driving on right side of roadway.

Derek Robert Rodgers, 418 1/2 W. Central Ave., Titusville, to one charge each of theft by unlawful taking, driver required to be licensed, driving on roadways laned for traffic, abandonment of vehicle on highway, reckless driving and accident involving damage to unattended property.

Brandon Lee Shirley, 22 Homestead Dr., Youngsville, to two charges each of possession with intent to deliver and endangering the welfare of a child and one charge of criminal use of a communication facility.

John Edwin Snyder, Warren County Jail, to one charge each of possession of a controlled substance, theft of services, possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Danielle Michele Vargas, 63 Houghton Ave., Sheffield, to one charge each of criminal conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking) and criminal conspiracy (receiving stolen property).

Kelly D. Wadsworth, 19 Jackson Run Rd., to a charge of retail theft.

Robert Francis Williams, 1534 Hall St., to one charge each of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving, DUI: High rate of alcohol (BAC .10 – .16), driving on right side of roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic, maximum speed limits, careless driving and restraint systems.
