Bench warrant. On July 18 at 9:30 a.m., Pennsylvania State Constables arrested Joseph Hensley, 18, Warren, on charges of driving with license revoked. He was taken before District Justice Glenn Carlson and remanded to the Warren County Jail.
Bench warrant. On July 18 at 10 a.m., Pennsylvania State Constables arrested Rita Jean Nelson, 38, Clarendon, on charges of driving with licence revoked. She was taken before District Justice Glenn Carlson and released pending further court action.
Bench warrant. On July 18 at noon, Pennsylvania State Constables arrested Jeremy A. Sweeney, 31, Sugar Grove, on four warrants. He was taken before District Justice Glenn Carlson and released pending further court action.
Disorderly conduct. Warren-based state police reported that on July 17 at 10:50 a.m. Justina Robinson, 31, Warren, caused a disturbance by screaming vulgarities and other obscene language in the presence of other individuals at 1585 Market St. Ext. Charges were filed at District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.
Criminal trespass. Warren-based state police reported that they are investigating a criminal trespass on Woodberry Lane on July 16 at approximately 9:37 p.m. According to police, Brandon S. Hartman was told several times by Sonya English to leave the property, but Hartman continued to stay. Hartman was cited for criminal trespass through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.
Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Crescent Park, two-tenths of a mile east of Mohawk Avenue, on July 16 at 4:35 p.m. According to police, a 2002 Suzuki Esteem driven by Anthony Russell, Warren, was traveling on Route 6 before crossing over the center line of the roadway and striking a 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche on the side. Russell continued west in the eastbound lane, striking the concrete embankment, coming to rest facing west. The other vehicle, whose driver was not identified by police, moved over as far as possible before Russell’s vehicle struck it. No one was injured in the crash. Police were assisted at the scene by Pleasant fire police for traffic control. Police said Russell was cited for driving within a single lane.
