Seven cases heard in central court

Five defendants were held for court and two entered guilty pleas during central court proceedings before District Justice Laura Bauer on Wednesday.

Held for court were:

Chris F. McAmbley, 1185 Four Wheel Dr., on one count of DUI: impairment/incapable of driving safely, first offense; one count of DUI: Highest rate3 of alcohol (BAC .16+), first offense and one count of failure to keep right.

Charles Jim Sunderlin, 516 N. Main St., Youngsville, on two counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and four counts use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Ryan Kuzminski, 213 1/2 W. Main St., Youngsville, on six counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia; two counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and one count of possession of marijuana.

Cassandra Sue Perrin, 5 Perrin Lane, Youngsville, on one count of intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered.

Terri Rosequist, 58 Second St., Youngsville, one count each of robbery of a motor vehicle; theft by unlawful taking movable property; receiving stolen property; unauthorized use of motor/other vehicles; simple assault; recklessly endangering another person; harassment subjecting another to physical contact; driving while operators privilege suspended or revoked; driving without a license and careless driving.

Entering guilty pleas were:

Gregory Allen Antill, Titusville, to one count of criminal trespass damage to property. Charges of burglary and criminal trespass were withdrawn.

Kenneth G. Murphy, 115 Stony Mountain Lane, to one count of harassment subjecting another to physical contact. Charges of simple assault and resisting arrest were withdrawn.
