Randall G. Spencer, 56, of Marienville, PA, died peacefully in his sleep on July 8, 2013. He was born October 1, 1956 in Jamestown, New York to Merl Lavern and Nina Seely Spencer, who are deceased.
On July 30, 1977 he married Mabel Eldridge Spencer and she preceded him in death in 2011.
Randy was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in Viet Nam. He was a very colorful person who was an overtheroad trucker, which he thoroughly enjoyed. He was also an EMT and a Game Commission Officer for many years.
Randy is survived by one daughter, Julie Spencer, of Brookville; and one stepson, James Beck and his wife, Maricar, of Evans City, PA. Additionally he is survived by two brothers, Robert Spencer, of Tidioute, and Rodney Spencer of North Carolina; a niece, Katie Spencer Wynn and a nephew, Matthew Spencer.
Two grandchildren, Emilee and Jake Beck will also miss Randy as will his dog, Buster, who was his constant companion.
Friends and family will be received at the Ronald McDonald Funeral Home in Marienville on Friday, July, 12, 2013 from 24 and 79. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Saturday morning at 11AM. Cremation will follow and interment at a later date will be at North Forest Cemetery.
