Four cases handled in central court

Two defendants entered guilty pleas and two were bound in absentia during central court proceedings last Wednesday before District Justice Laura Bauer.

The following entered guilty pleas:

Jonathan Lee Williams, 175 Valley Park Drive, Sugar Grove, to one count of theft by unlawful taking movable property, amended to a misdemeanor three.

Lindsey R. Campbell, 77 Fox Lane, to one count of bad checks, amended to summary offense. Restitution was paid in full.

Amber Lee Albaugh, 3480 Hemlock Rd., was bound over in absentia for a charge of access device issued to another who did not authorize use, and a charge of possessing an access device knowing it was counterfeit or altered.

Danielle Michele Vargas, 63 Houghton Ave., Sheffield, was bound over in absentia for a charge of conspiracy theft by unlawful taking movable property, and one charge of conspiracy receiving stolen property.
