Warren

Parole violation. On July 3, officers of the Warren County Adult Probation Department arrested Tyler L. Martin, 22, Sugar Grove, on charges of violation of parole. Martin, who was originally placed on parole on the charge of statutory sexual assault, was arrested by probation officers on a supervisor’s warrant and committed to the Warren County Jail.

Warrant arrest. Warren County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Norman C. Kenney, 47, Pittsfield, on July 3 at noon at 1932 Route 27. He was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear for jury selection on the original charge of aggravated assault issued by Warren County Court of Common Pleas. He was placed in the Warren County Prison.

Warrant arrest. Warren County Sheriff’s deputies and City of Warren Police arrested David Bellamy, 34, Warren, on July 3 at 9:53 a.m. at 305 Eddy St. He was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear for jury selection on the original charge of bad checks, issued by the Warren County Court of Common Pleas and a supervisor’s warrant for failure to pay child support issued by Warren County Probation. He was placed in the Warren County Prison.

Brokenstraw Twp.

Possession. On July 3 at 11:16 a.m., Warren-based state police made a traffic stop on E. Main St. involving John Armstrong, 24, Youngsville. Police said they subsequently found him in possession of a small amount of marijuana and a pipe.

Conewango Twp.

Harassment. Warren-based state police were called to Warren State Hospital on July 2 at 12:50 p.m. after Justina Robison, 31, Warren, subjected Nancy Flowers, 51, ,Warren, and Brenda McMillen, 40, Sugar Grove, to physical contact while the victims were attempting to administer medical treatment to another patient. Police said Robison jumped on the back of Flowers and kicked, attempted to bite, and struck McMillen. Charges were filed against the Robison at District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.

DUI. Conewango Township Police reported that on June 30 at 2:10 a.m., during a Warren County DUI Enforcement checkpoint, they charged Jarred E. Danielson as he entered the checkpoint and was found to be under the influence. Danielson is being charged with one count misdemeanor DUI: General impairment, DUI: Highest rate, one count summary careless driving and one summary count of restrictions of alcoholic beverages.

DUI. Conewango Township Police reported that on June 30 at 12:34 a.m., during a Warren County DUI Enforcement checkpoint, they charged Richard Alan Turner as he entered the checkpoint and was found to be under the influence. Turner is being charged with one count misdemeanor DUI: General impairment, DUI: Highest rate and one count summary careless driving. All charges have been filed with District Justice Laura Bauer pending further court action.

DUI. Conewango Township Police reported that on June 29 at 12:37 a.m. police stopped a vehicle for erratic driving that was being driven by Richard K. Dunkle, 4 Kidder St., Warren. Police said they found Dunkle to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. Dunkle is being charged with one count misdemeanor DUI: General impairment, one count DUI: Highest rate, one count summary driving on roadways laned for traffic and one count summary restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Charges have been filed with District Justice Laura Bauer .

Farmington Twp.

Burglary. Warren-based state police report between June 28 at 9 a.m. and June 30 at 10:30 a.m., someone took a laptop computer from a residence along Fairbanks Road. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.

Pleasant Twp.

Rape. Warren-based state police reported that between Aug. 1 and 31, 2012, Allen Eugene Bennett, 20, Warren, is alleged to have met a victim, a known 14-year-old female, in the City of Warren, who left the city in a vehicle driven by Bennett. Police said once at a location off of Pleasant Drive, Bennett used physical force to have sexual contact with the victim. Bennett was charged with rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, statutory sexual assault, aggravated sexual assault, corruption of minors and indecent assault.
