Kalbfus posts top score in county trap

Kalbfus, Pine Grove, Tidioute and Brokenstraw were all victorious in their respective Warren County Trap League matches recently. Kalbfus beat Corry 345-327, Pine Grove prevailed over Sugar Grove II 344-338, Tidioute toppled Sheffield 344-338 and Brokenstraw squeaked past Sugar Grove I 342-339.

Kalbfus’ Brady Carl and John Pearson, Pine Grove’s Dave Kingsley and Bob Faga, Sugar Grove II’s Reed Johnson, Tidioute’s Doug Sliker and Joel Stewart, Sugar Grove I’s Colton Black and Rick Espin and Brokenstraw’s C.J. Jones and Rich Lee all recorded perfect scores of 50. The perfect score was the first for Kalbfus’ Carl.

Brokenstraw’s Kathy Gebhardt was high lady with a 46, Carl was high junior with his 50, Sugar Grove I’s Elijah Trawick was high sub-junior with a 44 and Kalbfus’ Jim Stearns was high super senior vet with a 49. Pine Grove’s Russ Wingard and Jerry Willett, Tidioute’s Jack Kostkas and Sheffield’s Ralph Challingsworth were all high superior senior vets with scores of 49 and Kingsley was the high vet with his 50.
