Golf results

The team of Dave Bortz and Rick Nasman had low gross of 34 and the teams of Jay Fitch and Jack Hellman and Craig Johnson and Bob Hamm shared low net of 33 in Fitch Disposal Scramble League play, Tuesday, at Cable Hollow Golf Course. Nate Perkins and John Albaugh lead the season standings with 48.5 points, Bob Hunter and Mark Kulka are second with 45.5 points and Justin Norris and Terry Moldovan are third with 44.5 points.

Ryan Lemon had low gross of 35 and John Lord had low net of 28 in 2-Man Golf League play, Tuesday, at Cable Hollow Golf Course. Gary Darling and Steve Darling lead the season standings with 117.5 points, Bob Hunter and Mark Kulka are second with 117 points and Justin Kell and Gary Page are third with 114.5 points.

Pete Hofert and Bob Yucha shared low gross of 38 and Kim Reynolds had low net of 29 in Youngsville Senior Golf League play, Tuesday, at Maplehurst Country Club. Bob Crick had an eagle during play, Jim Fehlman had two birdies and Crick, Hofert, Walt Carlson, Chuck Briggs, Dick Thomson, Dave Peck, Yucha, Terry Jackson and Ray Adams all had one birdie during the round. Team #7 leads the season standings at the midway point of the year followed by Team #14, Team #12, Team #13 and Team #11.

Craig Swanson, Andy Hanks, Mark Thompson, Phil Holcomb and Skete Williams all shared low gross of 37 and Terry Ressler had low net of 30 in Tuesday Night Golf League play, at Jackson Valley Golf Club. Steve Arnold, Kyle Reynolds and Ed Reedy all shared second low net of 31.

Hole in one

Bob Erickson recorded a hole-in-one, Wednesday, at Cable Hollow Golf Course. The ace came on the 17th hole, using a 6 iron and was witnessed by Tony LaBarbara, Sam Greco and Joe Constantini.
