Criminal Mischief. Warren-based state police report between the hours of 6 p.m. on June 20 and 8 a.m. on June 21, unknown individual(s) placed sugar in the gas tank of a 2002 Chevy Impala belonging to a 24 year-old male from Russell, while it was parked at Chase Care Care on Rt. 957. Total damage has yet to be determined. Anyone with information is asked to contact Warren-based state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers at 800-83-CRIME.
Criminal Mischief. Warren-based state police report between the hours of 10 p.m. on June 14 and 1:30 a.m. June 15, unknown individual(s) placed liquid soap in the gas tank of a 2002 Chevy Impala belonging to a 24 year-old male from Russell, while it was parked at the corner of Main St. and Big Tree Rd. in Sugar Grove. Total damage has yet to be determined. Anyone with information is asked to contact Warren-based state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers at 800-83-CRIME.
Found Property. Warren-based state police report a sum of money was found in Sugar Grove and turned into them on June 21 at 9 p.m. Anyone wishing to claim the property should contact the Warren-based state police and ask to speak with Trooper Barr. Please be prepared to give a specific description of the property and where it was lost.
Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that on June 19 at 10:30 p.m. Laura E. Bailes, 20, Grand Valley, subjected a known 11-year-old male, also of Grand Valley, to unwanted physical contact at a campfire at a residence on Fiddlers Green Road. Bailes was cited for harassment and charges have been filed through District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth’s office.
Crash. Warren-based state police reported that on June 20 at 4:51 p.m. a 1985 Ford Bronco II driven by Lenny Steber, 18, Warren, was traveling south in the 2100 block of Jackson Ave. when he swerved to miss an oncoming vehicle in his lane. Steber lost control of the vehicle and the vehicle rolled over twice. Steber was wearing his seatbelt and he sustained minor injuries. State police were assisted at the scene by Glade VFD and EmergyCare.
Pine Grove Twp.
Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police reported that between June 19 and 20 someone threw eggs and ketchup at a vehicle belonging to Jill L. Zimmerman, 31, Russell, in the driveway of a residence in Russell.
Sugar Grove Twp.
Burglary. Warren-based state police reported that betweeon 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on June 19 someone took the screws out of a lock on a shed belonging to a known 27-year-old female, Chandlers Valley. Nothing was reported missing by the victim. Anyone with information pertaining to this incident is asked to call the state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.
