16 appear for arraignments

Five defendants entered guilty pleas, 11 pleaded not guilty and a bench warrant was issued for another during arraignment court proceedings before Judge Gregory Hammond on June 13.

The following entered guilty pleas:

Thomas Allison, 25 Erie Ave., Irvine, to one count each of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (.10-.16) – second offense and restraint systems. One count each of DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving – second offense, careless driving and immediate notice of accident to police department were not prosecuted.

Jeremy Lee Anderson, 216 S. Main St., Clarendon, to one count of access device fraud. Seven counts of access device fraud were not prosecuted. He paid full restitution.

Dillon Tyler Gray, 843 Smutz Rd., to one count of simple assault. A count of aggravated assault (extreme indifference) was not prosecuted.

Cody Ryan Johnson, Warren County Jail, to theft by unlawful taking, as charged.

Shelby J. Tyler, 1135 Cider Mill Hill Rd., Russell, to one count of theft by unlawful taking. Thirty-six counts of access device fraud were not prosecuted. Restitution has been paid in full.

The following entered not guilty pleas:

Paula Braswell, 16476 Route 957, Bear Lake, to a charge of theft by unlawful taking.

Megan Marie Decker, 33 Main Dr., to one count of retail theft.

Randy L. Eck, 215 Cottage Park Lane, Columbus, to one count of bad checks.

Christopher John Fletcher, 1 W. Third Ave., to four counts of aggravated assault (extreme indifference), four counts of simple assault, two counts of endangering welfare of children and one count each of recklessly endangering another person and harassment.

Michael Paul Holmes, 718 N. Main St., Youngsville, to DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving with accident – first offense, required financial responsibility. Driving on roadways laned for traffic, immediate notice of accident to police department and restraint systems.

Matthew Robert Kuzminski, 3 Depot St., Irvine, to theft by unlawful taking or disposition and loans on, lending, giving of firearms prohibited.

John Michael Misulich, 258 Six Mile Rd., Tiona, to DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: High rate of alcohol (BAC .10-.16) – first offense, driving on roadways laned for traffic and careless driving.

Barbara Roberts, 25 Locust St., to false reports to law enforcement authorities.

Lehualani L. Rounds, 12 Oak St., Apt. 4, to theft by unlawful taking or disposition and possession of a controlled substance.

Kenneth Stanley Schenck, 920 Greeley St., Bear Lake, to DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC +.16) – first offense, driving on right side of roadway, driving vehicle at safe speed, careless driving and restraint systems.

Lucas Jacob Baines Wolfgang, 208 Parkview Ave., Jamestown, N.Y., to DUI: General impairment – incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: High rate of alcohol (BAC .10-.16) – first offense, displaying a foreign license during suspension/rev, driving while under suspension, vehicle entering or crossing roadway and careless driving.

A bench warrant was issued for the following:

Rodney Allen Gage, 9 Church St., Ludlow, who has been charged with one count each of access device fraud, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.
