Warren man facing three sets of sexual assault charges

A Warren man faces three different sets of statutory sexual assault charges.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, Allen E. Burnett, 20, is in Warren County Jail after failing to post $150,000 bail.

He is charged with three counts of statutory sexual assault, four counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, two counts of aggravated indecent assault, and three counts of corruption of minors, all felonies, and misdemeanors indecent assault and two counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor.

In the first case, released May 24, the victim was a 15-year-old girl and the dates of the incidents were Feb. 28 through March 31.

In the second case, the victim was a 14-year-old girl and the dates stretched from April 1 to May 1.

According to Trooper Jeffrey Osborne of Warren-based state police, the third incident involved a 13-year-old girl.

Bail was set at $50,000 for each incident.
