Disorderly conduct. City of Warren police reported that on May 24 Nicholas Peterson, 32, Warren, was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after officers were dispatched to a report of an unresponsive male at the intersection of Marion St. and Pennsylvania Ave.

Crash. City of Warren police reported that on May 25 John Hilyer, 53, Sheffield, was cited for stop signs and yield signs violations following an accident at the intersection of Buchanan St. and Center St.

Pedestrian accident. City of Warren police reported that on May 28 Raymond Wiehagan, 62, Warren, was cited for pedestrian control signals after a traffic accident at the intersection of Hickory St. and Fourth Ave. after striking a pedestrian.

Crash. City of Warren police reported that on May 28 Kennie Campbell, 60, Jamestown, N.Y., was cited with careless driving after officers responded to an accident at the intersection of Market St. and Second Ave.

Crash. City of Warren police reported that on May 25 Michael Manderfield, 18, Warren, was cited for underage drinking after officers received a report of a suspicious vehicle that was sitting in the parking lot of a local business.

Simple assault. City of Warren police reported that on May 24 Ralph E. Haight, Warren, was charged with simple assault and harassment after a physical domestic dispute was reported to officers. Haight was arraigned before District Justice Glenn Carlson and remanded to the Warren County Jail.

Possession. City of Warren police reported that on May 27 Tyler Gelotte, 21, Warren, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and a juvenile offender was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest after police were called to a local restaurant to investigate the report of two men in the bathroom possibly using drugs.

Public drunkenness. City of Warren police reported that on May 28 Adam Peterson, 25, Warren, was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after police received a report of an unresponsive male laying along the roadside at Redwood St. and Third Ave.

Theft. City of Warren police reported that on May 25 Tarren McConville, 26, Warren, was charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and driving while operative privilege is suspended or revoked after officers received a report that a vehicle had been stolen by a known subject. McConville was arraigned and placed in the Warren County Jail on $10,000 bail.

DUI. City of Warren police reported that on May 18 Mark Pessia Jr., 29, Bradford, was charged with two counts of DUI, tire equipment and traction services and driving on the right side of the roadway after a traffic stop.

Harassment. City of Warren police reported that on May 18 Michael Philhower, 29, Warren, was cited for harassment after officers received a report of continuing harassment by communication.

DUI. City of Warren police reported that on May 18, Nicole Hauck, 32, Randolph, N.Y., was charged with two counts of DUI and DUI (BAC .10-.16) after a one-vehicle accident where she backed a vehicle into a building.

Pedestrian accident. City of Warren police reported that on May 21 Jeffrey Banko, 27, Warren, was cited for stop signs and yield signs following a vehicle vs. pedestrian traffic accident at the intersection of Conewango Ave. and Pioneer St.

Disorderly conduct. City of Warren police reported that on May 5 Kyle Whitten, 21, Russell, was cited for disorderly conduct after officers received a call of a fight at Jackson Ave. and Hertzel St. Police said officers discovered there was no fight, but Whitten was being loud and disruptive enough to cause alarm to neighbors.

Crash. City of Warren police reported that on May 22 Charalampos Afionis, 32, Warren, was cited for traffic control signals following a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Conewango Ave. and Fifth Ave. after he failed to stop at a steady red light and struck a TAWC bus.
