Two defendants were sentenced before Judge Gregory Hammond during Warren County Sentence Court proceedings last Friday morning.
Rob Allen Baker, 121 Sixth Ave., to between 47 days and one year incarceration in the Warren County Jail with credit for time served, complete the healthy relationships program, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with treatment recommendations, perform 50 hours of community service and pay $875 in fines and costs for a count of disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise.
Crystal Nicole Migliaccio, 225 Pennsylvania Ave. W., Apt. H2, to between 30 days and six months incarceration in the Warren County Jail, complete the alcohol highway safety school program, attend the victim impact panel program, comply with drug and alcohol treatment recommendations, perform 15 hours of community service, serve a 12-month suspension of driving privileges and pay $1,455 in fines and costs for one count each of DUI: Controlled substance schedule II or III and careless driving stemming from a revoked accelerated rehabilitative disposition (ARD) sentence from 2011.
In a separate incident, she was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment the first 30 days incarcerated in the Warren County Jail, the following 90 days served in an in-patient treatment facility, the following 60 days served on house arrest and the balance of the sentence to be served under probationary supervision; attend three Alcohol or Narcotics Anonymous sessions per week; find a sponsor and participate in a 12-step program; serve an 18-month suspension of driving privileges; complete 30 hours of community service and pay $3,450 in fines and costs for one count each of DUI: Controlled substance – metabolite – schedule I, II or III and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle or property.
Migliaccio’s sentence were ordered to run consecutively.
