Sugar Grove I posts top score in county trap

Sugar Grove I, Tidioute, Kalbfus and Brokenstraw were all victorious in their respective matches during the fifth week of the Warren County Trap League.

Sugar Grove I topped Pine Grove, 345-343, Tidioute beat Corry, 344-326, Kalbfus defeated Sugar Grove II, 343-341 and Brokenstraw bested Sheffield, 337-322.

Sugar Grove I’s Colton Black, Jake Lindell and Jim Hannon, Pine Grove’s Kevin Sturzenbecker, Scott Carter and Eric Cecco, Tidioute’s Keith Miller, Ken Anderson and Doug Sliker, Kalbfus’ Michael McDunn and Chuck Loomis and Sugar Grove II’s Reed Johnson all shot perfect scores of 50 this week. Ashlee McClure of Pine Grove and Brokenstraw’s Kris Wilcox each shot their first 25 straight.

Tidioute’s Taylor Hansen was high lady with a 49, Cecco and McDunn shared high junior marks with their 50’s and Sugar Grove I’s Elijah Trawick was high sub-junior with a 46. Miller and Anderson of Tidioute tied for high vet with 50 each, Pine Grove’s Russ Wingard and Kalbfus’ Tom Sleeman shared high senior vet honors with scores of 49 and Hannon was high super senior vet with his perfect score.
