Canceled

The Youngsville at Sheffield softball game scheduled for Friday, May 17, has been canceled and will not be made up.

Rescheduled

The Sheffield at Youngsville softball game postponed earlier this season will be made up at 4 p.m., Wednesday, at Youngsville High School.

Clarification

Youngsville’s Rocco Gatta won the boys 100-meter dash at Thursday’s track & field meet with Warren at War Memorial Field. Gatta’s winning time was 11.2 seconds.

His name was erroneously omitted from results published in the Times Observer on Thursday. The omission would also change the final score of the meet from 102-39 in favor of Warren to 98-43, in favor of the Dragons.
