Disorderly Conduct. Warren-based state police reported that at 1 p.m. on April 12, in the parking lot of Value Home Center, Benjamin W. Hittie, 39, was hollering obscenities in a public place and witnesses in the area were concerned.

Criminal Mischief. Warren-based state police reported that between 12 p.m. on Oct. 27 and 9:15 a.m. on April 12, an incident occurred when an unknown person caused approximately $130 in damage to a camp owned by a known male, 74, Cannonsburg, by throwing numerous rocks at the vinyl siding and screen windows. Anyone having information pertaining to this investigation is asked to contact PSP Warren or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
Crash-DUI. Warren-based state police reported that at 10:30 a.m. on April 12, in the area of 113 Race St., a two-vehicle crash occurred involving David K. Brown, 59, Russell and Lucas Jacob Baines Wolfgang, 24, Jamestown, N.Y. Brown was traveling east on Race St., when Wolfgang turned out of a driveway, attempting to turn west onto Race St., directly into the path of Brown. Brown impacted Wolfgang in the driver side door, trapping Wolfgang inside the vehicle. Wolfgang was freed from the vehicle and transported to WCA in Jamestown for injuries received in the crash. Brown was uninjured. Upon further investigation, it was suspected that Wolfgang was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. Police said charges are against Wolfgang, pending the results of a blood alcohol test. Charges will be filed at Magistrate District Justice Bauer’s office.
