Theft. Warren-based state police said that between July 26, 2012 and Jan. 11, 2013, Paula Braswell, 35, Bear Lake, used Blair Corp.’s Fedex account to mail numerous personal packages totaling more than $750. Police said Braswell did not pay for the personal shipments and was charged with theft by unlawful taking.
Theft. Warren-based state police said that on April 1 someone stole a “Work Ahead” sign from the side of the roadway on Hemlock Road. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.
Crash. Warren-based state police report an accident occurred on April 10 at 3:30 p.m. on Rt. 62 north of Red House Hill Road. According to police, Mark Debaise, 57, East Hickory, lost control of his vehicle and spun counter-clockwise striking a guide rail with the rear of his vehicle. The vehicle continued to spin and struck a utility pole with the front of the vehicle shearing it off. The vehicle then struck a concrete barrier and continued approximately 50 feet down a ravine before coming to rest facing northwest. Police said Debaise, who sustained minor injuries, was cited for driving on roadways laned for traffic.

Theft. Warren-based state police report that sometime between 8 p.m. on April 9 and 3:30 p.m. April 11 someone removed a 2000 Polaris Sportsman 335 from the victim’s driveway. The ATV is described as olive drab in color with a Polaris plow and Warn winch on it. There is a crack on the front passenger side fender. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Crime Stoppers.
