Postponed

The Warren at General McLane baseball game originally scheduled for Wednesday was postponed. No make-up date has been announced.

The Kane at Sheffield softball game originally scheduled for Wednesday was postponed. No make-up date has been announced.

Rescheduled

The Titusville at Eisenhower baseball game originally scheduled for Wednesday was postponed. The game has been rescheduled for 4 p.m., Thursday, at Russell’s Werner Park.

Jr. Legion tryouts

Tryouts for the Warren Post 135 Junior American Legion Baseball League team will be held at 1 p.m., Sunday at Old Legion Field in North Warren. Tryouts will be held rain or shine. For more information, call Jon Vincent at 706-6209 or Blaine Gunn at 730-4645.

Clarification

Sheffield girls track & field team member Jade Moore finished first in the high jump during Monday’s meet at North Clarion with a jump of four feet, seven inches. Moore led a 1-2-3 Sheffield sweep during the event with Moore, Jen Isenberg and Morgan Leichtenberger filling the top three spots.
