Crash. Warren City Police reported that on March 22, Ashley Mighells, 18, Warren, was cited for accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle after backing into another vehicle in a parking lot and leaving the scene of the accident. Police said witnesses provided an accurate description of the suspect vehicle, which enabled them to find and subsequently charge Mighells.

Bad checks. Warren City Police reported that on March 22, Wilma Battko, 69, Warren, was cited for bad checks after she issued a check for the amount of $275.48 to a local business and it was returned non-sufficient funds.

Crash. Warren City Police reported that on March 26, Tyler McCullough, 18, Warren, was cited for careless driving after a two-car accident at the intersection of Conewango Avenue and Pioneer Street. Police said McCullough failed to stop for the vehicle in front of him, causing him to hit that vehicle. Police said there was heavy damage to his vehicle and moderate damage to the second vehicle.

Crash. Warren City Police reported that on March 28, Steven Fiscus, 47, Warren, was cited for accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property and careless driving after an accident was reported at the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Elm Street where he left the roadway and struck a tree and a street sign.

Crash. Warren City Police reported that on March 27, Dean Hansen, 50, Russell, was cited for careless driving following a one-vehicle accident at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Market Street. Police said Hansen failed to turn at the intersection, drove through the yard and WACOPSE parking lot and finally struck a tree.

Harassment. Warren City Police reported that on March 30, Nathan Nulph, 27, Warren, was charged with two counts of harassment and a count of disorderly conduct after he punched the victim twice in the face causing visible injury. He was placed in the Warren County jail on a probation retainer.

DUI. Warren City Police reported that on April 3, Timothy Hause, 44, Warren, was charged with DUI and DUI .16 or higher after officers responded to a man slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle with the engine running. Police said officers were able to wake him and found him to be intoxicated.

Harassment. Warren City Police reported that on March 26, Steven Swick, 40, Warren, was cited for harassment after officers responded to a domestic dispute at his residence where he reportedly held the arms of the victim, causing bruises.

Harassment. Warren City Police reported that on March 30, Robert Clever, 31, Warren, was cited for harassment following a domestic dispute where he reportedly slammed the door of the residence on the arm of the victim.

Disorderly conduct. Warren City Police reported that on March 29, Waylon Henderson, 18, Tidioute, was cited for disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and underage drinking after he was reported to be pounding on the door of a residence and trying to get in a vehicle. Police said they found Henderson to be highly intoxicated and under the belief that he was in Tidioute.
