Cases handled in county arraignment court

Fourteen individuals pleaded guilty and an additional six people pleaded not guilty during arraignment court proceedings before Judge Gregory Hammond on Thursday morning.

The following individuals entered guilty pleas:

Tasha Lynn Caylor, 3 Lake St., Upper Apt., Jamestown, N.Y., to one count each of theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief. One count of each of burglary and criminal trespass were not prosecuted.

David Elmer Clawson, Warren County Jail, to one count each of DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC +.16) – second offense, driving while operating privilege is suspected/revoked and careless driving. One count each of DUI: general impairment – incapable of safe driving – second offense, notice of change of name/address, driving while under suspension – with DUI, violations concerning licenses, restriction on alcoholic beverages and restraint systems were not prosecuted.

Ann Marie Hutchinson, 215 E. Main St., Youngsville, to one count of bad checks. Two counts of bad checks were not prosecuted. She was ordered to pay full restitution.

Branden M. Linderberger, 476 E. Columbus Ave., Corry, to one count of receiving stolen property. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was not prosecuted. Lindenberger was sentenced to pay costs, serve a minimum of 89 days to two years less one day in the Warren County Jail with credit for time served. He was ordered to pay a $500 fine, a $250 administrative fee and have no contact with the victim in the case.

Nicholas James Lindstrom, 100 Miles Run Rd., Spring Creek, to one count each of corruption of minors and indecent exposure. One count each of statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault were not prosecuted.

Crystal Nicole Migliaccio, 225 Pennsylvania Ave. W, Apt. H2, to one count each of DUI: controlled substance – metabolite – schedule I,II,III – second offense and accident involving damage to unattended vehicle/property. One count each of DUI: controlled substance – impaired ability – second offense, driving on roadways laned for traffic and careless driving were not prosecuted.

Mark Richard Miller, 174 Sorenson Rd., Clarendon, to one count each of DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC +.16) – first offense, amended to a misdemeanor, and driving vehicle at safe speed. One count each of DUI: general impairment – incapable of safe driving – first offense, driving on right side of roadway, driving on roadways laned for traffic and careless driving were not prosecuted.

Joshua Edward Murray, 7 Jackson Ave., to one count of criminal attempt (statutory sexual assault) amended to a felony and one count each of criminal attempt (unlawful contact with minor) and obscene and other sexual materials. One count each of criminal attempt (involuntary deviate sexual intercourse), criminal attempt (indecent assault), indecent exposure, corruption of minors, unlawful contact with a minor, four counts of criminal use of a communications facility and three counts of criminal attempt (unlawful contact with minor) were not prosecuted.

Patrick Lynn Nelson, 419 Water St., Apt. B, to one count each of DUI: general impairment – incapable of safe driving – refusal – first offense and driving on right side of roadway. One count each of DUI: general impairment – incapable of driving – first offense and notice of change of name/address were not prosecuted.

On a separate docket, Nelson pleaded guilty to one count each of DUI: general impairment – incapable of safe driving – first offense and required financial responsibility. One count each of DUI: general impairment – incapable of safe driving – first offense, prohibitions in specific places and operation following suspension of registration were not prosecuted.

William Allen Ohmer, 311 Market St., Apt. 5, to one count of theft by unlawful taking. One count each of burglary, receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking or disposition were not prosecuted.

Marla Lee Rupp, 1183 Wiants Lane, Hawthorn, Pa., to one count of DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC +.16) – second offense, accident with damage to attended vehicle/property and driving while operating privilege is suspended/revoked. One count each of the following were not prosecuted: DUI: general impairment – incapable of safe driving – second offense, careless driving, restraint systems, driving on roadways laned for traffic, driving too closely, abandonment of vehicle on highway, duty to give information and render aid, immediate notice of accident to police department, accidents involving death/personal injury – not licenses property, driving while under suspension and DUI: general impairment – incapable of safe driving with accident- second offense.

Gunner James Schenck, 93 Catlin Hill Rd., Sugar Grove, to one count of theft by unlawful taking, amended to a second degree misdemeanor.

Shelby J. Tyler, 1135 Cider Mill Hill Rd., Sugar Grove, to one count of retail theft. Three counts of retail theft were not prosecuted. Tyler was ordered to pay full restitution.

Harold Allen Simons, 163 W. Main St., Youngsville, to one count of burglary. Three counts of burglary, four counts of criminal trespass and one count each of criminal conspiracy (burglary), theft by receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking or disposition and loitering and prowling at night time were not prosecuted.

The following individuals pleaded not guilty:

Brandi Rae Cooper, Warren County Jail, to one count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Jada Lee Coursey, 2545 Liberty St. Ext., to one count each of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

In a separate docket, she pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, sale or illegal use of certain solvents, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and scattering rubbish.

Gerald Eugene Hultberg, 115 Extension Rd., PO Box 97, Garland, to two counts of burglary, two counts of criminal trespass and one count of theft by unlawful taking.

Tracy Lynn Madigan, 1104 Pennsylvania Ave. E., Apt. A, to possession of a controlled substance, violation of the controlled substance, drug device and cosmetic act and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Chad Douglas Nudd, 1311 1/2 Sill St., to two counts of cruelty to animals.

Richard Declan Olson, 285 W. Main St., Youngsville, to two counts of simple assault, two counts of harassment and a count of terroristic threats.
