Four plead guilty

Four individuals pleaded guilty and one was held for court as a result of central court proceedings Wednesday before District Justice Cynthia Lindemuth.

The following pleaded guilty:

Dylan Marshall Kay, 24 Wilson St., Sugar Grove, to one count of use/possession of drug paraphernalia. A count of marijuana – small amount, personal use was withdrawn.

Gunner James Schenck, 93 Catlin Hill Rd., Sugar Grove, to one count of use/possession of drug paraphernalia. A count of marijuana – small amount, personal use was withdrawn.

Joseph Robert Rutsky, 741 Wilson Rd., Sugar Grove, to one count of use/possession of drug paraphernalia. A count of marijuana – small mount, personal use was withdrawn.

Jeremiah Adam Garris, 307 N. State St., North Warren, to one count each of theft by unlawful taking – movable property and scatter rubbish upon land/stream, etc. A count of receiving stolen property was withdrawn.

The following individual was held for court:

Scott Michael Simmons, 213 Vine St. He has been charged with DUI: general impairment/incapable of safe driving – first offense, DUI: highest rate of alcohol (BAC +.16) – first offense, duties at stop sign, driving at safe speed, careless driving and fail to use safety belt – driver and front seat occupant.
