City lists recent food service inspections

The City of Warren announced that food inspections were completed and the following establishments have valid licenses until March 31, 2014.

Pizza Hut, 25 Pennsylvania Ave. E., one critical violation – staff hand washing station not properly supplied (corrected on site), one non-critical violation – kitchen walls/floor need cleaned under and around appliances.

Subway, 71 Market St., no violations.

McCulla’s Steakhouse, 2043 Pennsylvania Ave. E., no violations.

Moose Club, 422 Pennsylvania Ave. W., two critical violations – hot table not at proper hot holding temperature, freezer not at proper cold holding temperature, one non-critical violation – staff not wearing hair restraints in kitchen areas.

Salvation Army, 311 Beech St., no violations.

The City of Warren also announced that six-months inspections have been completed at the following locations.

Choice, 215 Pennsylvania Ave. W., no violations.

Kwik-Fill, 600 Pennsylvania Ave. E., no violations.

Conewango Club, 201 Market St., two non-critical violations – thermometers not provided in all refrig freezers, non-food contact surfaces need cleaned.

Allegheny Community Center, 42 Clark St., one non-critical violation – all staff not wearing hair restraints in kitchen area.
