Theft. City of Warren police reported that on Mar. 4 Kelly Foust-Voigt, Warren, was cited for retail theft and harassment after she was caught trying to steal $74.99 worth of merchandise from a local retailer and then assaulted the manager of the store when he tried to detain her.

Indecent assault. City of Warren police reported that on Feb. 28 a juvenile male was charged with aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault after an investigation into allegations he engaged in sexual contact with a victim without her consent.

Public Drunkenness. City of Warren police reported that on Mar. 3, Leo McGrail, Warren, was cited for public drunkenness and pedestrians under the influence of alcohol after an officer on patrol came upon him stumbling down the sidewalk and eventually falling. When an officer went to provide aid, McGrail was found to be intoxicated.

Burglary. City of Warren police reported that on Mar. 4, William Ohmer, Warren, was charged with burglary, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property after he allegedly entered a residence without permission, removed the car keys of the victim and left with the vehicle. On Mar. 6, Ohmer was located, taken into custody and arraigned before District Justice Glenn Carlson. He was placed in the Warren County jail on $50,000 bail.

Driving while suspended. City of Warren police reported that on Feb. 27, Renee Rogers, Warren, was charged with driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked, operation following suspension of registration, restraint systems and unauthorized use of automobiles and other vehicles after police received a call that she had taken a vehicle without permission. When Rogers was stopped in the vehicle, she has a five-year-old with her that was not secured properly in a booster seat or seatbelt. Rogers was taken into custody and placed in the Warren County jail.

Harassment. City of Warren police reported that on Feb. 28, Douglas Hall, Warren, was cited for harassment after he forced a door open, causing injury to the victim who was standing near the door.

Forgery. City of Warren police reported that on Feb. 21, Ethan Fuller, Warren, was charged with forgery, tampering with records and tampering with public records or information after an investigation involving the Warren County Probation office regarding a receipt that had been tampered with.

Selling/furnishing liquor to a minor. City of Warren police reported that Brandon Fox, Warren, was charged with selling/furnishing liquor to a minor and obstructing administration of law or other governmental functions after officers were called to a residence for a possible domestic dispute. Upon arrival, police found a large gathering. Police identified Robert Rouche, 19, Youngsville and Kiera Elicker, 19, Warren, as participants in the gathering and both admitted to drinking. They were both cited for underage drinking. Fox was taken into custody, arraigned before District Justice Glenn Carlson and released on $5,000 bail.

Prohibited offensive weapons. On Mar. 2, Jared Eisenbrown, Clarendon, was charged with simple assault, prohibited offensive weapons and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers were called to a domestic dispute at a residence in the City of Warren where he allegedly struck a victim.

Simple assault. City of Warren police reported that on Feb. 19, a juvenile offender was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment after an incident that occurred where they allegedly struck another juvenile several times in the head and mouth, causing numerous injuries.

Conewango Twp.

DUI. Warren-based state police reported that on March 4 at 9:03 p.m. Richard Miller, Warren, was stopped for a minor traffic violation at the intersection of Yankee Bush Road and River Road. Upon further investigation, Miller was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was subsequently arrested for DUI and several other traffic violations. Charges were filed through District Justice Laura Bauer’s office.

Pleasant Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a two vehicle accident on Pleasant Drive just east of Creekwood Drive. A 2011 Subaru Legacy driven by Maria Schultz, Warren, was stopped in the westbound travel lane behind another vehicle that was waiting to turn left. A 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt driven by Alicia Labesky was traveling west behind behind Schultz and proceeded to rear end Schultz’s vehicle. Koebleys towed Labesky’s vehicle from the scene. Pleasant VFD assisted at the scene. No injuries were reported. Labesky was cited for following too closely and restraint systems through District Justice Glenn Carlson’s office.

Sheffield Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police reported that on Mar. 5 at 3:15 p.m. on PA 948. A 2005 Toyota Prius, driven by Robert P. Ducato, Westfield, NY, was traveling north on PA 948 when Ducato lost control of the vehicle, leaving the roadway where it traveled approximately 78′ and then struck a guard rail with its front end. Due to the impact, the vehicle spun clockwise and came to final rest facing northeast in the northbound lane of travel. No injuries were reported at the scene. Pennmark towed the vehicle from the scene. Sheffield VFD members assisted with traffic control at the scene. A charge of driving on roadways laned for traffic was filed against Ducato with District Justice Glenn Carlson.

Sugar Grove Twp.

Criminal trespass. Warren-based state police reported that on Feb. 25 between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. a known 51-year-old male of Russell entered the residence of a 39-year-old known female without her knowledge or permission to retrieve a piece of equipment that was on lease. The victim declined prosecution and the investigation was terminated.


Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that an investigation is underway stemming from incident on Mar. 3 at 2:05 a.m. at a Hillside Dr. residence. Richard S. Britton allegedly pushed and subjected a known 39-year-old female victim to other unwanted physical contact. Charges of harassment were filed.
