Disorderly conduct. William Ohmer, 47, Warren, was cited on Feb. 12 for Disorderly Conduct after he threatened to harm an individual unknown to him. In a separate incident on Feb. 16, Ohmer was charged with public drunkenness and pedestrians under influence after officers responded to a call of a man walking in the roadway. Ohmer was found to be highly intoxicated at the time.

Crash. A juvenile motorist was cited for vehicle turning left on Feb. 19, after she caused a two-car accident when she turned in front of an oncoming vehicle that had the right-of-way.

Crash. Noah Hurrle, 19, Bradford, was cited for obedience to traffic control devices on Feb. 19, after officers responded to a two-car accident at Hickory and Fourth. Hurrle attempted to stop at the intersection but was unable due to the slippery conditions, colliding with the car.

Forgery. Jason Czyz, 39, Jamestown, NY, was charged with 2 counts of Forgery, 3 counts under the prohibited drug acts, and receiving stolen property following an investigation from a local pharmacy, that they had received a forged prescription. Czyz was taken into custody at the pharmacy, arraigned before District Justice G. Carlson, and placed in the Warren County Jail on $25,000 bail. Czyz was charged with forgery, prohibited drug acts and receiving stolen property.

Concealments with whereabouts of a child. Kenneth Hadden, 18, Warren, was charged after officers attempted to locate a runaway juvenile from Ohio. They found the runaway at Hadden’s residence where he had attempted to hide the child from police officers and did not report their whereabouts, knowing that the child was a runaway. He was charged with concealments with whereabouts of a child, interference with custody of children and obstructing administration of law and was arraigned before District Justice Gregory and placed in the Warren County Jail on $15,000 bail.

Pleasant Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police are investigating a two-vehicle accident that occurred Feb. 18 at 6:50 a.m. at the intersection of Rt. 6 and Crescent Park. According to police, Summer Bedner, 36, of Clarendon, driving a 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander, was negotiating a right hand turn onto Crescent Blvd. from Rt 6 when she failed to negotiate the turn and struck the 2000 Mercury Cougar belonging to Benny Graham Jr., 30 of Warren as it sat at the red light. Bedner was cited Safe Speed.

Sugar Grove Twp.

Burglary. Warren-based state police reported that between Feb. 1 and Feb. 4 someone entered an unlocked barn belonging to Jack C. Gregory and proceeded to remove several antique tractor radiators, antique wine press, saw mill parts 150 feet of electrical wire and two Briggs & Stratton engines. before leaving the scene in an unknown direction. The value of the stolen items is approximately $1,400. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or the Warren County Crime Stoppers.
