Arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables reported that on February 14 at 10:45 a.m., they arrested Matthew L. Cabisca, 22, 1303 Pennsylvania Avenue E. Apt. 2 on a bench warrant in consultation with City of Warren police. He was arrested on three counts of driving while under suspension. He was taken before District Justice Glenn Carlson where he was remanded to the Warren County jail.
Arrest. Pennsylvania State Constables reported that on February 13 at 12:30 p.m. they arrested Thomas Hewbill, 45, 16 Schumann Road, Warren, on an arrest warrant for five counts of bad checks. He was taken before District Justice Glenn Carlson and was released after paying fines and costs.
Lost and found property. Warren-based state police reported that on Feb. 11 at 10:31 a.m. a dark-colored suitcase with clothing believed to be used for riding an ATV or off-road motorcycle was found on Route 27 at Sanford Road. Anyone who has lost or had similar items stolen is asked to contact the state police.
Burglary. Warren-based state police reported that a continued investigation of a theft on Brown Run Road that occurred last October resulted in an additional arrest. The investigation concluded that Tasha Lynn Caylor, 25, Jamestown, N.Y., was also present inside the residence and assisted in the theft of a large amount of coins. Police said a criminal complaint was filed charging Caylor with felony burglary and criminal mischief as well as one count each of misdemeanor theft by unlawful taking and summary criminal mischief. Further court action is pending, police said.
Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police said between Feb. 9 and 10 someone damaged a Corry man’s 2004 Pontiac Grand Am while it was parked at Double D’s in Garland. Police said the damage to the vehicle, which included a smashed windshield and a broken side mirror, totaled $280. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police at 728-3600 or Warren County Crime Stoppers.
Arrest. Warren County Sheriff’s deputies, with the assistance of Erie police apprehended Christina Meals, 41, Erie, on Feb. 11 at 4:30 p.m. She was arrested on nine bench warrants for failure to appear for fines and court costs issued by the Warren County Court of Common Pleas. She was placed in Warren County Jail pending further court action.
