Sweetheart supper

The youths of North Warren Presbyterian Church will host a Sweetheart Spaghetti Supper 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, at the church to raise money for their upcoming 30-Hour Famine to support World Vision. Spaghetti with meat or meatless sauce, salad and bread will be served along with ice cream and toppings for dessert. Community members and families, couples and singles, are encouraged to attend this special dinner which, in turn, will help alleviate hunger in the United States and around the world. Win at bridge

Winners in Duplicate Bridge Club play at the YMCA Monday were Matt Oram and Doug Megill, first with 29.5; My Ignatius and Joyce Davis, second with 20; and Marge Polito and Carol Lake, third with 18.5.

Ash Wednesday services

The Warren City Lutheran Church (First, St. John’s and St. Paul) along with Bethany Lutheran Church of Sheffield will join together for the service of Imposition of Ashes and Holy Communion on Wednesday, Feb. 13, with a spoken liturgy at 12:30 p.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 200 Pleasant Dr., Warren, and at 7 p.m. at First Lutheran Church, 109 W. Third Ave., Warren.

Class to breakfast

Youngsville High School Class of 1948 will have breakfast at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, at Richard’s Restaurant, Youngsville.

Polka Sunday
