Disorderly Conduct. Corry-based state police responded to Columbus Fire Hall on Jan. 29 at 7:20 p.m. for three males throwing snowballs at cars.

All three will be cited with disorderly conduct through Judge Lindemuth’s Office.

Hamilton Twp.

Crash. Kane-based state police responded to a one-vehicle crash on Rt. 6 west of Hamilton Rd. on Feb. 3 at 1:30 a.m. According to police, Michael Manderfeld, 44 of Warren, was traveling west bound on SR 6 when he lost control of his 2008 Toyota Tundra, leaving the roadway along the north berm.

The vehicle traveled down an embankment before striking a large tree head on. Police said Manderfeld fled the scene.

The vehicle had major front-end damage and was towed from the scene by Buzard Towing. An investigation is on-going.

Pine Grove Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Old Russell Rd. just south of Sunset Lane on Feb. 2 at noon.

According to police, Brandon Arp, 25 of Russell, was traveling south on S. Main St., pulled to the east side of the roadway and across both lanes of traffic in order to back into a private driveway.

Arp failed to see the vehicle driven by Scott Morine, 44, of Russell traveling southbound on S. Main St. Morine’s vehicle struck the passenger side door of the Arp vehicle.

Arp received a minor injury in the accident and was cited for Limitations on Backing. Russell VFD assisted on scene.

Sugar Grove

DUI. Warren-based state police responded to a report of a vehicle in the ditch on SR 69 in Chandlers Valley on Jan. 26 at 10:08 p.m. Upon arrival and making contact with John Flasher, 74, of Sugar Grove, police found him to be under the influence of alcohol. Flasher was taken into custody and arrested for DUI. Charges in this investigation are pending with District Court 37-3-01.
