Pleas entered during session of Warren County Court

In addition to Randy Lee Poole, ten defendants entered guilty pleas, eight entered pleas of not guilty and one bench warrant was issued during Warren County Court proceedings before Judge Gregory Hammond on Thursday.

A bench warrant was issued for Lindsay N. Schmidt, James Hall, 6047 Rt. 474, Ashville, NY, on a charge of theft by unlawful taking.

Guilty pleas included:

Timothy Alan Bean, Warren County Jail, to a count of statutory sexual assault. Counts of aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors were not prosecuted.

Brandon Vaughan Bell, 127 Ross Ave., Buffalo, NY, to a count of possession with intent to deliver. Seven counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and a count of possession of a controlled substance were not prosecuted.

Robert Lee Bloom, State Correctional Institution Fayette, Labella, to a count of criminal mischief. Counts of arson and related offenses, criminal trespass and recklessly endangering another person were not prosecuted.

Jannet L. Bowen, 128 Hamilton Rd., Garland, to counts of DUI: General impairment-incapable of safe driving and careless driving. Counts of DUI: High rate of alcohol (BAC .10 – .16) and driving on roadways laned for traffic were not prosecuted.

Luis D. Figueroa, 640 Sixth St., Jamestown, NY, to a count of retail theft. A count of criminal conspiracy was not prosecuted.

Jared Lance Hultberg, 2931 Fluvanna Townline Rd., Jamestown, NY, to a count of DUI: high rate of alcohol (BAC .10 – .16). Counts of DUI: General Impairment-incapable of safe driving and driver required to be licensed were not prosecuted.

Jennie M. Keener, 4461 Rt. 646, Cyclone, to a count of possession of a controlled substance. A count of theft by unlawful taking was not prosecuted.

In a separate incident, to a count of theft by unlawful taking. A count of possession of a controlled substance was not prosecuted.

Ty Anthony Lampshire, 24 1/2 Pine St., to counts of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+), driver required to be licensed and criminal mischief. Counts of DUI: General impairment-incapable of safe driving, unauthorized use of automobiles and other vehicles, reckless driving, driving vehicle at safe speed and driving on roadways laned for traffic were not prosecuted.

James M. Wolford, 6 McGuire St., Tidioute, to a count of theft by deception. A count of theft by unlawful taking was not prosecuted.

Andrew Nils Yaegle, 1111 Mead Run Rd., Youngsville, to a count of theft by unlawful taking. A count of receiving stolen property was not prosecuted.

In a separate incident, to a count of criminal conspiracy (possession with intent to deliver).

Not guilty pleas included:

Patrick Ian Donovan, 1737 Quaker Hill Rd., to counts of possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Courtney Marie Edwards, 227 Stowe St., Apt. 1, Jamestown, NY, to counts of burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief.

Stephen Francis McMunn, 500 Water St., Apt. 2N, to counts of interference with custody of children and corruption of minors. In a separate incident, to two counts of failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders.

Gunner James Schenck, 93 Catlin Hill Rd., to a count of theft by unlawful taking.

Paul Ronald Smiley, 13581 West Washington St., Corry, to a count of person not to possess, use, etc. firearms.

Shawn Michael Stec, 33 Laverne Dr., Youngsville, to counts of DUI: General impairment-incapable of safe driving, DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+), accident with damage to attended vehicle/property, registration card to be signed/exhibited on demand, operation following suspension of registration, two counts of driver required to be licensed, carrying and exhibiting drivers license on demand, driving while operating privilege is suspended/revoked, required financial responsibility, driving on right side of roadway, meet vehicle proceeding in opposite direction, driving on roadways laned for traffic, careless driving, duty to give information and render aid and false reports.

Michelle M. Swab, 766 Miles Run Rd., Spring Creek, to counts of theft by unlawful taking and unauthorized use of automobiles and other devices.

Phillip John Wagner, 17288 Rt. 27, Titusville, to counts of criminal mischief, theft by unlawful taking and criminal conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking).
