BOYS HOOPS: Erie Bethel hands Tidioute home loss

A 13-1 fourth quarter for Tidioute Charter couldn’t pull the Bulldogs to a win, losing 50-37 to visiting Erie Bethel at Tidioute Community Charter School.

The Bulldogs are 1-11, but TCCS coach Dave Manning wants to get a win on the court before his team of underclassmen end their season. Tidioute’s only win was a forfeit over Erie First Christian.

There are four games left, including at Warren County Christian on Monday.

On Thursday, Gus Martin “was everywhere,” said Manning, with a career-high 13 steals. Jordan Yeager had nine points and 14 rebounds in the loss.
