Pleas entered in county court

A man Warren County District Attorney Ross McKiernan dubbed a bath salts “kingpin” pled guilty to drug related charges Monday afternoon before Judge Maureen Skerda.

William Edward Housler, 1202 Pennsylvania Ave. West, entered pleas of guilty to counts of possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and prohibited offensive weapons during Warren County change of plea court proceedings.

Charges stem from an August search of Housler’s home by investigators with the Warren County Drug task Force and subsequent investigation. During a Dec. 28 forfeiture hearing, three witnesses attested to selling bath salts with or for Housler.

Fifteen additional counts of possession of a controlled substance, three additional counts of prohibited offensive weapons, one additional count of possession with intent to deliver and a count of possession, sale, distribution, manufacture advertise of electronic device were not prosecuted.

An additional 20 defendants also entered pleas of guilty, and one bench warrant was issued.

A bench warrant was issued for Donald Leroy Copley, 1837 Petroleum Center Rd., Titusville, on one count of theft by unlawful taking, ten counts of criminal conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking), ten counts of defiant trespass and two counts of driver required to be licensed.

Guilty pleas included:

Claude Harris Bower, 30 Fourth St., Youngsville, entered a plea of guilty to a count of DUI: General impairment-incapable of safe driving. A count of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) was not prosecuted.

Mark David Cox, 3 East Main St., Youngsville, entered a plea of guilty to a count of simple assault. One count each of burglary and harassment were not prosecuted.

David Edward Cutler, entered a plea of guilty to a count of hindering apprehension or prosecution.

Levi D. Dunham, 231 Liberty St., Apt. B, entered a plea of guilty to a count of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+). A count of DUI: General impairment-incapable of safe driving was not prosecuted.

In a separate case, Dunham entered a plea of guilty to a count of possession of drug paraphernalia. One count each of resisting arrest or other law enforcement, simple assault, possession of a small amount of marijuana and harassment were not prosecuted.

Curtis Douglas Eisenbrown, 396 River Rd., entered a plea of guilty to a count of person not to possess, use, etc. firearms. Three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia were not prosecuted.

James Richard Farren, 660 Chapman Dam Rd., Clarendon, entered a plea of guilty to a count of theft by unlawful taking. One count of criminal conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking) was not prosecuted.

Richard Allen Goodman, 101 East Main St., Apt. 4, Youngsville, entered pleas of guilty to four counts of indecent assault, amended from four counts of rape of a child. Four counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse were not prosecuted.

Cody Ryan Johnson, 10130 Rt. 27, Pittsfield, entered a plea of guilty to a count of theft by unlawful taking. Two counts of burglary, two counts of criminal conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking), a count of corruption of minors and a count criminal mischief were not prosecuted.

Jesse Scott Kiser, 6 1/2 Hertzel St., entered pleas of guilty to two counts of delivery of a controlled substance. Two additional counts of delivery of a controlled substance, four counts of possession of a controlled substance, 16 counts of criminal use of a communications facility and two counts of endangering the welfare of a a child were not prosecuted.

Michael Paul Kiser, 11 West Third Ave., Apt. B, entered pleas of guilty to one count each of DUI: General impairment-incapable of safe driving-refusal to submit to testing, careless driving and restriction on alcoholic beverages. One count each of DUI: General impairment-incapable of safe driving, DUI: General impairment-incapable of safe driving with accident and possession of a small amount of marijuana were not prosecuted.

David Alan Miley, 9216 Jackson Run Rd., Sugar Grove, entered pleas of guilty to one count each of corruption of minors and unlawful contact or communication with a minor. Nine additional counts of unlawful contact or communication with a minor, three additional counts of corruption of minors, three sell/furnish liquor/malt/brewed beverage to minors, one count of statutory sexual assault and one count of driving while under suspension were not prosecuted.

Charles Raymond Neal, 6529 Fruit St., Huntsville, OH, entered pleas of guilty to one count each of access device fraud and theft by unlawful taking. One count each of criminal conspiracy (access device fraud), criminal conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking), receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy (receiving stolen property), theft by unlawful taking or disposition and criminal conspiracy (theft by unlawful taking or disposition).

Kyle Michael Reynolds, 13 Mead St., entered a plea of guilty to a count aggravated assault. One count each of terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment and aggravated assault (extreme indifference) were not prosecuted.

Trevius L. Robinson, 211 Winslow Ave., Buffalo, NY, entered a plea of guilty to a count of possession of a controlled substance. One count each of possession with intent to deliver and criminal conspiracy were not prosecuted.

Kirk Robert Seekins, 33 English St., Jamestown, NY, entered a plea of guilty to a count of possession of a controlled substance, amended from possession with intent to deliver. One count of criminal conspiracy (manufacture/delivery/possession with intent) was not prosecuted.

Jakob Edward Smith, 30 East Wayne St., entered a plea of guilty to a count of corruption of minors.

Donald Enar Wester, 7100 Pleasant Dr., entered a plea of guilty to a count of simple assault, amended from aggravated assault (serious injury to a police officer).

Danny Lee Willingham, 116 East James St., Jamestown, NY, entered a plea of guilty to a count of theft by unlawful taking.

David C. Young, 160 Jennie Lane, entered pleas of guilty to a count of DUI: Highest rate of alcohol (BAC .16+) and careless driving. Two counts of turning movements and required signals, one count of DUI: General impairment-incapable of safe driving and one count of driving on roadways laned for traffic.

Two defendants entered pleas of guilty and another had charges held for court during Warren County Central Court proceedings Wednesday before Judge Glenn Carlson.

Francis J. Notoro, who is facing unrelated charges related to the sexual abuse of an infant, had a count of institutional vandalism stemming from actions during his time in custody held for court.

Jeremy Charles Gurdak, Erie, entered a plea of guilty to a count of criminal mischief-damage property. A count of harassment-subject other to physical contact was not prosecuted.

Brendan James Garrett, 855 Jackson Ave., entered a plea of guilty to a count of purchase,etc. alcoholic beverages by a minor. One count of corruption of minors and one count of induce minor by liquor/malt beverage were not prosecuted.
